The food (when it eventually came after 45 minutes and a chase-up) and wine (once they swapped the red they served for the white we ordered) were ok but the service was absolutely the worst we’ve had in California. And they surely realised their mistakes but still asked when presenting the (incorrect) bill, “Was everything good for you?”.

Came visited this place some time between lunch and dinner. We were looking for a place to eat between 3 and 4 and this was one of the very few places that was open at the time.To be honest the food is good but not spectacular but I can see why. The place is a lounge, so bar with low chairs and bar food. The quality was good and it was filling but I can't say that spending this much at a bar for lunch is worth it.
My wife and I came to The Cellar Lounge for a bite to eat and were not disappointed. The pizza and brussel sprouts were quite good. As expected, their beverage options were plenty - and were equally well received. Our waitress, Rose, was incredibly friendly throughout our stay.
Loved it, cozy, great food and lovely cocktails and desserts. Will come back for sure.
