I had a blast on my 41st bday! Shout out to Nicole from the batter up bakery for my beautiful Zen and yummy cake! My nature inspired birthday cake with my favorite bamboo plant and Lotus flower, chamomile flower are mesmerizing and on point! Nicole did an outstanding job and made the details of my drawing... everything was amazing ??? love it! I recommend Batter up Bakery if you want a very delicious and beautiful cake on any special occasion. I give them 100 stars ??

Horrible worst experience ever, it was myWedding cake, I even emailed the bakery, no response back, my bottom layer was supposed to be all Red Velvet which it was not, the cake was hard and like burnt, $700 waisted and totally embarrassed my cake was almost 2hours late on my wedding day..
I had emailed and ordered baby shark cookies yellow and pink. The picture i sent for reference HAD faces in them. So it made it clear i what color sharks i wanted and how i wanted them to look but they give me this and honestly looks like barely effort was made. My money wasn't well spent, and would gladly take these cookies back for my money back.
We used Batter Up Bakery as our wedding vendor for our wedding cake and desserts. Absolutely no complaints! Everything was wonderful and delivered to the venue without issue. We didn't really want a huge, elaborate wedding cake because we wanted to have a dessert and candy bar with a lot of different options, so we ordered a small 'semi-naked' wedding cake. It tasted great and we added a few flowers from our florist to make it look perfect.
I really would have hoped for some better decorating on a $100 cake.., also could have done without the paper inside. They do have yummy cheese danishes though ??♀️
Have used this bakery for every event. Especially since valle de brume closed. But the last few cakes I've purchased have been hard around the outer and only moist in the center. And the frosting crumbles off.
The cake was so good and taste veryyyy god thank u all I order it before 2 days of his birthday and came out exactly like the picture #yellowstone
I don't typically write reviews but I was not pleased at all by the customer service here. I called to inquire about a smash cake for my son's 1st birthday and the owner seemed annoyed while I asked questions about cake flavors and the size of the cake... I said several times that I have never ordered a smash cake etc but she didn't offer any guidance or assistance. I also asked if it would be in a box that I could travel with (we were driving 2 hours with it) and was told yes. I continued to order the cake despite my gut feeling about the place. When I went to pick up the cake, they put my cake in a box that had an open top. When I asked for a box that actually fit the cake they said that I would have to pay $10 for a box that closed. I spent $120 on 2 small cakes, why should I have to pay extra for a box that is big enough for the cake. The manager came up to the desk and said that I should just travel with my cake in a box with the top completely open. I will add that the cake was decorated well, but tasted just okay. Everyone who tried it said that it wasn't that great especially for the price. The overall experience though is what really left a bad taste in my mouth.
Absolutely love the vibe of this Custom Bakery and coffee shop. All the pastries and cakes we’ve had are beautifully decorated and you can tell they use quality ingredients. Nice atmosphere to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and pastry in a welcoming environment. They have a nice little outdoor area to enjoy as well.
