Food and drinks were awesome. Great atmosphere.. cannot wait to go back.
We’ve went here when the wait was too long at the incredible 1909 ,to pass time with drinks and apps. Plain and simple ,The service is terrible , slow, sloppy and disorganized. I also found out they host gross events with sexual acts performed by drags, and you know the stabbings and shootings that are the norm here,so def will never ever need or go back to this place.
We went to Temecula for wine tasting. At the end of our tour we dropped by this restaurant for dinner. Empty place. Food was ok. The staff especially the waitress were rude and impatient. We ordered our food but it took a long time to be served. We asked for more salsa but she disappeared for a while. We were sitting in the patio. I had to get up and go inside to look for her. Never ever will we go back to this restaurant ever again. ?
Decent food. Had to pay for chips/salsa which was unusual. Salsa was good though. Slow service but friendly!
My husband and I ate here at the Bank this pass weekend and sorry to say We’ve been robbed! The food was good and prices were reasonable But….. the service was horrible!!! We got robbed from good service!! There were many workers on hand but they were always talking to each other and not taking care of their customers:-/ Waited to long for a refill napkins and even our food!!!
We went to The Bank for the first time since COVID. It has changed a lot. Has new owners and interior. It’s obvious that they lean towards a younger drinking crowd. I ordered Terry’s special which was different but good. The hamburger ordered was also good but the green chili carne asada was awful. No green chilies! The cheese enchilada was also nothing to write home about. We had three drinks and our meals which came to $93.00 without the tip. What was so rediculous was they charged for chips. No other sit down Mexican food restaurant charges for chips! I’ve lived in So.Cal my whole life, I am now 74, and have never been charged for chips. Temecula has many great Mexican food restaurants so will stick with those. Won’t be going back to The Bank.
I've been here a few times, always good food and service. Don't miss out on the chicharrones, they are INCREDIBLE. Good margaritas here too

It was the worst. Vomit out front , waitress forgot our water & dressing for the salad, brought the wrong beans, dumped out old drinks in the plant next to us, gave us our appetizers and salad with the entre… then had an attitude when we complained
We have been a customer for about 10 years. Per your website , you open at noon. We showed at noon. Was told you weren't opening until 1PM. Seems someone need to update .
