Met with friends and family.
Four of us went for lunch, ordered a bowl of soup, cheese plate, and a turkey club, With 2 bottles of wine later and pretty much gone, we received our soup, As time went on more and more people showed up next to us, a table of ten or so. We asked a waiter where our food was and they went to check and said it wasn’t cooked yet, Yes there was no cooking. We asked to cancel the order when our waitress showed up and she got rather snippy with us, she was the table of ten waitress (obviously more tip)....she just kinda blew us off. Therefore a 2.00 tip. Food extremely pricey. The best thing was we saved40.00 on canceling the order. Will not go back
Four of us ate an enjoyable lunch on the patio overlooking the main highway and provided with shade from a warm sun underneath a shade cloth. But a cool breeze up the valley made a warm covering desirable. COVID-care was well in evidence with well spaced tables, apparently cleaned after each use. A disappointment was the pricing! However well prepared and perfectly presented it is hard to see value in $16 Caesar salad or a $26 bacon cheeseburger. The somewhat greasy crispy artichokes ($19) served four as an appetizer. The drunken mussels dish ($28) was large enough to serve as a main dish (although the amount of pasta was excruciatingly small) and the crispy chicken wraps were a delightful dish with one order really being enough for two, or to take home half the order. Other dishes on a medium sized selection for lunch were priced relatively. Service was very prompt and professional and parking was easy in large close-by lots. The house NV Brut champagne at $17 a glass or $56 a bottle was also on the higher pricing end, as was the narrow wine carte at $15-17 a glass, But the pricing coup de grâce was $7 for bread - a small baguette. Undoubtedly worth the experience, including wine tasting from a selection of champagne flights, but hardly worth the price.
We had a great time, food was great, our waitress Lisa was amazing and made things more enjoyable. We are coming again for sure
very corporate facility. nice surroundings and wine was ok. Extremely overpriced and no ambiance or personal interaction. So many other choices far superior both with wine quality, experience and price.
My husband and I came here all to taste their flavored champagne. I learned that they are the only winery to be able to call their champagne by the true name, since they use equipment straight from France. I loved that our waiter went into all the details about it to explain it to me. The grounds were beautiful, and it was a great quick stop.
I actually didn't go there.
After having some wine, buy a house. Temecula is a great place to live!
