Customer service needs improvement. Our party had to wait even though we had reservations. I can’t understand why we had too wait!!! Also, it is hot and stuffy inside.Another reason I’m not happy about this place is the lady at the bar was rude. The bar closed early which we didn’t know so we were disappointed when we went to get more drinks. But the prices of the pitchers of beer are reasonable.
A great way to beat the heat in Temecula. We stayed in the area for a wedding and had time to kill so we went to the bowling alley.Bowling was just okay. Very very heavy on the oil for the lanes. Small selection of either 8lbs balls or 14lbs the games in the arcade help pass some time but the rules of the pool table made no sense so we skipped on that. Again great way to beat the heat
We bought a summer family fun pass and only pay for rental shoes each day Tues-Fri 230-530pm ($4/shoes)
My family always feels safe and welcomed at Temecula lanes. The staff is very nice, mature and professional. The bar tender is the sweetest most inviting lady!! And the food is yummy... Especially the pizza!! Thank you Temecula Lanes for all our family memories.
Went yesterday with my family we ordered 3 pizzas wings and onion rings the lady at the bar mentioned to us that it was gonna take about 1 hour an 40 min to get our food because the kid that makes the pizza just went to lunch! We were there a little early before we went to our line so we decided to still stick with our order.. the Food area we’re they prep the food was so gross Frozen fries Wings and onion rings laying everywhere it looked very unsanitary -just not ok- Also very very poor customer service workers are so unprofessional and rude .. everything in general was awful me and my family will not be coming here again!
Reserved two lanes for a birthday party. Everything about the experience was super smooth! Several interactions with staff from pre-booking questions to the actual party. Every staff member was equally friendly, helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to be working there! Customer service definitely exceeded expectations. The two-lane setup provided plenty of space for 11 party guests. Staff made the lane setup (with bowlers' names, bumpers for the kids, etc) incredibly fast and easy. Will definitely be returning!
So fun! We had a girls night with a few lanes that we booked ahead of time. Pretty busy on a Friday night and only 1 bartender. I get that there is a staff shortage, but people want their drinks and unwind with a little bowling! Food is bar food, but good and yummy. I would receommend this place for a kids birthday, or even an adult birthday!

Not too crowed spacious and fun
Had an awesome time with my son and grandsons. It was my grandsons’ first time bowling. There was also a dance contest that the boys both won ? a arcade gift card. They had the best time!
