I love this subway! I recently got a sandwich from a sweet boy named bryce. He was so kind and friendly! I definitely look forward to going back! He informed me he was new, but he knew exactly what he was doing! Great job, Bryce!
Horrible customer service. Placed an order online and sent my daughter in to get it. Sandwiches were not what we ordered at all. Either the person couldn't read or follow directions, but it was completely wrong. It looked as if they just made up whatever they wanted. Unfortunately we didn't check until we got home and had to turn around to go back. I will never return to this subway. Horrible customer service
The subway by vons grocery store wasn't good when it came to there salads very little meat the sandwich I got my mom steak sandwich meat was a little dry. I won't be going back to that location again.
The worst service I asked for steak on my sandwich she looked at me and said “2 scoops?”I replied “yes please” she gave me half scoops and it was way less then what I asked for and what I was charged I asked her to simply put the amount that I ordered she refused and said I did so I am not sure if she just doesn’t understand what a scoop is or if she just doesn’t understand the English language. She argued with me over it it was the worst customer service I’ve ever had she was short on all the vegetables and 2 sandwiches cost over $20 for over priced sandwiches at least give people what they order I tried to reach a manager and there is no manager at the store which again is unprofessional I will make the drive to go somewhere else in the future it is not worth the terrible service and not enough food for the price I hope someone sees this it was Sunday evening around 6:30 9/26/21 I hope they train employees better because there is many sandwich places and this was a very bad over priced experience

i went here the other night and the atmosphere was so boujee and aeshetic. the workers were so nice (there were two young girls taking my order). had very nice attitudes and made beautiful sandwiches!! would def recommend this place for anyone visiting temecula in the future, this is one of the lesser known indie eateries here !! happy 4th of july ?
