I’ve been working at the mall for almost 5 years and have always enjoyed my mall Starbucks trips. They closed the store down for a while when going under new management and retraining a whole new staff. The new male managers are rude. The baristas are rude. They STILL can’t make drinks right. They don’t acknowledge you when you’re at the counter to get your online order. I used to be friends with the old baristas that worked there before they closed the store down and I don’t want to have any type of relationship with any employees in this Starbucks. Me and my associates only go to the Macys Starbucks now because they’re nice, they care and they know how to make drinks correctly.
I don't understand, 5 people behind the counter, 30 minute wait. Shelves are empty??? Much missed opportunity, this is Christmas time in Temecula.
I am not sure a grilled cheese sandwich is worth the price or maybe I am living in the past. With the high price for their regular coffee I think the food is way over priced. The food looked good but when I saw the price I drew back. The coffee was nothing great and since I like it black with none of those add ins I was not impressed. I think My coffee at home is just as good and a whole lot cheaper.
