Great staff but occasionally they sell out of breakfast products.

We frequent this Starbucks location due to its proximity to work and school. I am especially fond of the staff at this particular Starbucks, as they are always SO friendly and take interest in details/remember their regular customers. Definitely 2 thumbs up!
Probably one of the fastest Starbucks drive-thru's I've ever visited. The coffee was hot and delicious ☕
I absolutely love Starbucks but I hate certain locations that don’t follow your drink order I don’t understand why they even allow you to change anything if they’re not gonna even do it very disappointing this is not the first time this happens every time I guess I just need to find another Starbucks. I always ask for extra strawberries and light water this time they added no strawberries and extra water ?
This is definitely the best Starbucks I've been to!! Every time, I come here, the cashiers go above and beyond. Whoever worked the night shift drive thru today has my biggest thanks!! Todays visit truly made my night.
This is a my favorite Starbucks in Temecula but their drive thru is insane. Today we were stuck in the drive thru (and once you're in the drive thru you can't get out) for 25 minutes! I'll never go thru that again. We mentioned that at the window & no apology or acknowledgement what-so-ever

The baristas really go above and beyond here. First off, Zach was friendly and personable when I ordered in cafe. Then when I didn’t quite love my drink, Gabby remade it to a different drink (and to be honest I didn’t care for it either. As someone who worked at Starbucks for 2 years and drinks it everyday, I know when bean quality is not quite there), but I didn’t want to ask her to remake it again so I just sat down with it. When she saw I hadn’t touched my drink while sitting in the lobby, she came and asked if she could possibly get me a third drink to try - maybe something without coffee since that wasn’t working out prior.It was delicious and honestly even if they hadn’t fixed it, I definitely felt valued as a customer
This was my go to Starbucks store in the Temecula area, I always enjoyed service and the quality of the drinks made. However, yesterday after finishing 2/3 of my drink I realized a piece of trash floating around the cup. The picture was taken after I dumped the rest of it out. This may have been a careless mistake but I'm definitely turned off and grossed out by this. I will not be returning to this location.
