I go to this store on my days off to get my grande shaken expresso it has been ok experience until today. This lady who is sitting on a table for the handicapped yelling across the store to get attention from employees. It turned out to be she is the store manager. She was laughing out loud and she constantly talking to employees so they have to come out of behind to talk to her. She is so loud I kept dropping the hint so she would tone it down. She put her leg on the chair it looks really bad for the store. I don't understand why Starbuck hire this kind of person for manager or put this person in charge. I am sitting here wear earplugs trying not to hear her yelling but I can still hear her loudness. Can starbucks do something about it? I love starbucks but not this kind of rude employee and an 'I don't care attitude'. Please do something about it.
Truly some of the friendliest staff I have met! They are always so so nice to me and my pup. I don’t believe they have ever messed up my order either. They usually know it’s me in the drive thru before I can even open my mouth. My coffee is always delicious and the pleasant staff is a bonus! Thank you!

Today is my birthday, and the staff was fun, enthusiastic, and made a perfect holiday beverage, just for me! Decorations included on the cup,thank you!!Every-other-day is still just as wonderful, even with the current shipping shortages going on, they still care about us and provide alternatives to your usuals.Thank you all who work here for doing a wonderful job! :)
One of my all-time favorite Starbucks and I average about 10 different locations a week.This is a busy Starbucks with high traffic flow but I LOVE this staff and the culture they have.You get the feeling that they genuinely get along and enjoy working together! Seating is limited but I’ve waited to sit because I really like the vibe they’ve created there.Tammie is an absolute standout employee and I’m certain is a mgr, (or should be!) and the amount of customers that know her name and share their life and stories with her, you know she cares about people! They all make you feel valued and these days that’s a powerful motivator for customer loyalty.Today I drove 20 minutes out of my way just to see who was working!(Shoutouts to Taylor, Isaiah, Allison, Brad and a bunch of other rockstar employees!)
this store has some of the rudest employees I’ve came across. Especially the drive thru order taker in the mornings. She was not helpful whatsoever following with a snobby attitude. The vibes are just off at this store I always avoid going.
Please inform your team of the following 1. When a customer orders blond roast coffee, don’t give me dark roast and think I don’t know the difference. Let alone dark roast that has absolutely been sitting on the burner too long. If you’re out of blond roast, tell me, and if you’re going to play dumb and fill my cup up with something other than what I ordered, choose Pike over dark roast. 2. When I order Ice coffee, and I specifically say with Classic, I say that because despite that you are supposed to standard it make it with classic, your inexperienced crew NEVER does and I have a nasty iced coffee, so when I specify with classic, put it on the ticket. 3. You all need help with proper food ordering at this location, and no, it’s not that everything is on back order, because the Starbucks down the street always has more food selection than you. Someone doesn’t know how to properly order for this store. I used to be a Starbucks Store Manager. You have an outgoing, friendly team here, but the training and overall experience is poor and not up to Starbucks standards. Today was my last day giving your location my business. I will drive further down to the other Winchester store.
Love the people here. I've been coming here for over a year and the girls take good care of me.
