Just went through the drive thru without knowing my bank account had just over drafted. The ladies there were able to use my points for my pastry and gave me my coffee for free and said not to worry about it :’) it’s been such a tough time for me lately and that really made my whole week. The staff there are always wonderful and nice. Never had a problem. My definite go to Starbucks!<3
The young lady who took my order was very charming. She said she was from Texas but she had the most pleasant voice and very excellent customer service was really appreciated. This has been a pleasant experience since I've been back home every Starbucks barista has been nothing but exceptional. Nothing like genuine customer service keep it up guys thank you
Everyone was masked and the people checking in for work were having temps taken. The coffee is wonderful as always.
They will close up whenever they want to, not let anyone know that they are prematurely closed as you wait in their drive thru. They’ll stare at you all day though wondering why you’re there.Other locations put out cones, or at least a sign that says you’re closed. Not this location, they just shut off their headsets.
My first Starbucks of 2022. Stopped bright and early on new years day for a salted caramel cold brew. It was made perfectlyyy which is not always the case at other locations. The employee at the drivethru, I believe her name was Lina was super professional and friendly. Great experience!
Great staff, nice place, decent drinks. My only complaint is that they got almost all of my order wrong when I ordered ahead thru the app. They remade the drinks quickly, though, so that was nice.
Came in today wet as a dog with 20 minutes and four bucks to spare, and Kelsey and Emma (many apologies if misspelled) couldn't have done more to make me feel right at home. They suggested some awesome drinks (tough choice, but I decided on the peppermint hot chocolate :D) and had everything ready for me by the time I got back from the bathroom! Both of them really helped to add a bit of warmth to a stormy day, and I couldn't be more appreciative. Many thanks!

? Why are the shelves empty, it's the holiday season. Indoor dining has been open for months, yet no chairs or seating. 30 minutes wait with 5 people behind the counter.
I always come to this one when I'm in town. Easy to access. No drive thru but it's ok. It's right on the street and there's usually parking right in front.
