I definitely recommend and give 5 stars for this specific location. I am new to Southern California and I go to this specific Starbucks for various reasons. Mainly the employees are courteous and work hard. There is one specific employee that stands out by remembering your name and daily orders. She is always greeting you as as walk in makes conversation while doing her job. She is a great multi-tasker and has qualities are recognized. It’s quite an attribute and I definitely recommend this Starbucks.
Super friendly staff. Lightning fast whenever I do a mobile order as I work right above them.
Courteous staff. Drink was perfectly made too. Restroom finally opened at this location. Had been unavailable during pandemic.

Friendly staff here. I think this is my favorite location by far. I always order a cold brew with just a few drops of sweet cream to change the color. And this Starbucks got it right the first time! Love it!
This place is hit or miss. Sometimes they are sparky clean and everyone is doing the job. The other time they are ignoring customer service, gasping about other customers and talking stories. Not so busy for downtown location I would think.
This was a nice place to meet friends for coffee before work. The service was fast and friendly. The coffee is always good.
