Extremely slow (5 hrs to unload a pelletized load with only two products) $730.00 dollars to unload no late fees just a breakdown charge on top of the unload charge the sad part is this gets charged back to them through the shipper then you know they're going to pass it on down to the consumer because they could care less about cost.
