So good! I came in alone for happy hour- and I don’t know about you…but a lot of other sushi restaurants don’t put a lot of effort into their basic rolls. Not sure what they did with these but they were AMAZING!I had low expectations for a crunch roll, but the sauce was addicting. I’ve had a thousand crunch rolls and I’m confused how this made this so much better than the standard.Service was also super fast :) Excited to come back
Well, mostly everything was good but it was at the end where everything went wrong. You see I gave this place 1 star because when I went to the bathroom someone was in it, so I waited for about 1 second before someone rushed out and who woulda guessed it! It was the sushi chef who came out. I noticed a few really important stuff so you ABSOLUTELY NEED TO READ THIS BEFORE YOU EAT. If you already ordered them show them this review and ask for a refund. Also the sink was in a weird spot. (I don't know why I put that there) But anyways, to sum it up in one word (or about 5 actually) would rate 0 stars.
We’ve had delicious sushi every time that we’ve been here. They don’t have all you can eat, but they do have an excellent happy hour!
This place has wonderful service. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I've ordered takeout from this place a few times and the food has always been really well packaged and of good quality. I had the tonkotsu ramen with pork chashu, and it was very tasty. The seasoned soft boiled egg was fabulous. The pork chop was seasoned similar to bulgogi which added a nice depth of flavor to the broth. My husband did one of the sushi lunch specials which is a fantastic deal with any combination of sushi or sashimi or tempura proportions. I would definitely recommend the lunch specials to anybody who likes to mix and match their meals.
Sadly something changed. The albacore sashimi was fishy, the spicy tuna roll was extremely spicy and look out for take orders... this was a near $13 garden salad.
Came here for lunch with my sisters. We ordered a few different plates to share and the food was great. Our waitress was very nice and the ambiance was great.
Awful place will never be back. Definitely not Japanese owned nor ran and if the chef didn't want people to sit at the sushi bar then you should just close off the sushi bar completely. All staff were rude they didn't really feel like serving us at the bar and when the chef did open up the sushi storage area where the fish is kept and it smelled like rotten fish coming out of it! I immediately got our check didn't even finish our food or drinks and we took off went to another legit sushi place. This place is for sushi beginners that don't really know how to eat or what to eat that is actually considered traditional sushi and sushi meat if you want a good Japanese restaurant experience don't ever come here. I was looking for an actual sushi place here since moving to the area soon. For now I'll just drive to our usual places in So Cal for the real thing.
Everything was so good. Dakota and her coworkers were absolutely fantastic. Couldn't be happier with the Rainbow roll, tiger roll, my husband's tempura bento and we got chicken yakisoba. So delicious and I have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Yum. 5 stars from us.
Been here a few times and every time the staff has been friendly and attentive. There are 4 of us and we didn't have to wait long for our food to arrive. Food is delicious!! Thank you
