We have been going to Rosa's Cafe for over 15 years. The food is always consistently good and is reasonably priced with a lot of meals being under $10.You can watch the tortillas being made in-house while I wait for your food. We almost always pick up a dozen to take home with us.They have a nice selection of salsa at their salsa bar.

Good food. Not sure how authentic it is but very good. Rice tasted different, but the fajita meat in my fajitas was cooked perfectly and delicious and they have great queso. I also love salsa bars. Menue allows for some dinner options but it also allows you to pick n match and piece together small plates. Can get a tad pricy doing it that way. The diet coke was actually diet Dr. Pepper... Not a big deal

I've been here a few times and I have always been very happy with the food. When my kids want Taco Bell we go Rosa's and get the taco platter. I kid you not we get about 14 big tacos for around 25 dollars. Always have some fixings left for a small taco salad or some quickie nachos.

Taco Tuesdays have become a weekly tradition...and Rosa's Cafe is THE place. Food is always superb and the staff members are most hospitable. The 3 Taco Special is wonderful!

My wife and I are regulars at Rosa's for several reasons. The food is fantastic. The speed of service is amazing. The value is exceptional. It's down to earth casual and comfortable. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Best of all are the tortillas!

First time here, wife said TV suggested that this was a destination restaurant. I had the smothered beef burrito.Good > reasonable prices, good portions, clean, salsa bar, nacho plate was good. Not so good > beef was hamburger, with no indication that was the only beef choice, when most Mexican places might have shredded, etc.

Friendly staff, food was ready quick and was fresh and hot! Homemade tortillas are amazing. Love the ambiance of the restaurant and the option for outdoor seating

Nice place !! I had the chicken enchiladas with the sour cream. Very good. They cover enchiladas with a white sauce. I think the white sauce is very popular here.Came to Rosa's mostly cause it a middle point from Corona and San Diego. Family come together there and you can sit for a long time.

Good sized portions, fresh food and very clean. My kid likes to watch the tortilla machine making fresh tortillas. The prices are good too. Highly recommend trying this place, it's one of my regular goto places.

Americanized Mexican food. Cafeteria like setting. Food is put out like a manufacturing line. Plenty of different salsas and kept clean. Majority of patrons we're senior citizens or close in age range to that. Food is far from authentic. Decent pricing. Would not eat here again, although the staff and area are nice, the food is not to my liking.
