Good ice cream, good atmosphere, good customer service. What more do you want.
My son was very excited to go to this place and I was too, until we walked in and employee and maybe her friend was behind the counter sitting down with her feet up. Did not greet us at all nor did she give us a smile or any acknowledgment. She asked us what she can get for us and I told my son to let her know what he wanted, but because of her face of the way she looked annoyed my son couldn't tell her and ask me to ask instead. Me as an adult and as a parent I can handle when someone's being rude to me. But it's another story when a person is being rude to my son. I do not recommend this place at all especially if you have little kids you have little kids although an ice cream place supposed to be a happy place for a kid this was not at all. The only reason why I'm giving 2 stars is my son actually likes their ice cream.
Ice cream is my ultimate favorite treat. My family and I, went to this place Saturday, on one of our trips to the Promenade mall. The ice coffee was great. The ice cream was something I didn't even expect, to put it simply it was amazing. It was so creamy, it didn't melt fast, the flavors was sooo good? we wanted some Moreo?, (That's one of the flavors) it's BOMB?!!! The atmosphere is a whole vibe, great music and costumer service. The only con is if it's busy you might have to wait a little bit, because they make your order right in front of you. I will definitely be regularly rolling with the homies.

Worst service EVER Their system is a mess, not worth the 25 minute wait. There was only 3 people ahead and waited almost 30min, on top of that the ice cream was not good at all! I don’t know how people say the ice cream taste good I feel like the good reviews are not genuine to be honest.
I stopped by to because ir looked cool and got blown away by the amazing staff and ice cream. You have the Nicest most creative workers. Definitely coming back!!!
Absolutely loved my cold brew! I was having a wicked headache, in need of a caffeine boost. Stumbled upon this great spot. Freshly ground coffee, just the right touch of vanilla. Staff was great too. Can’t wait to come back and try their other treats. Everything looked amazing. Thank you!
I got a iced Carmel macchiato and it was really good. The workers were really nice too.
Really awesome place to come and see a very unique and delicious ice cream desert. It will not disappoint!
