The staff was very nice. Haven't had a pizza Hut pizza in years. They had a promotion going on that sounded good so we took a shot at a 3 topping pie. It looked good and falls into a typical fast food pizza in taste. Sauce was bland, cheese average could have been cooked a bit longer. I'd call it adequate for a $10.00 14 " pizza. Would we try them again, don't think so. ?
I swear every-time we decide to order pizza from this location it’s closed. Just tried again at 6pm and closed. Maybe short staffed? Not sure, but I honestly don’t know how they are surviving staying open at this location ??♀️
I picked up my order which was ready on time. The person assisting me at the counter was Sierra (sp). She was excellent. Not only did she assist all customers quickly and efficiently but also returned to package pizzas and other orders while not engaged at the front counter. She was friendly and personable.
Pizza arrived lopsided and with toppings fallen to one side. Tried contacting the store multiple times with no answer.Tried contacting different stores and they said they couldn't do anything other than recommend to keep calling. Very disappointed.
Please acknowledge the great and friendly service from Sierra at this location. She was very pleasant.
My pizza and breadsticks were cold and hard, I was very disappointed when I scheduled a delivery and it was late. I was looking forward to having our food hot and fresh for us, but unfortunately that wasnt the case.
I messed up an order. It was entirely my fault and Natalie helped me. She may be the nicest lil angel in the entire Temecula valley. Pizza Hut will be foolish to ever let her go.
The store ran out pan pizza dough. I had to go back and change my selection for one of the pizzas as I was checking out. When I changed from pan to a different crust, my selection for the toppings was changed as well, even though I only revised my choice for the crust.

Better communication when taking customer orders over the phone, as we had so many issues, we ended the call and ordered online instead. Also, one of our pizzas had a thin crust that was over cooked, making it hard to eat.
