Best pho in town. Owners are always kind and very hard working. Had pho everywhere else in the area and Pho Mai does it the best! Even better than some of the best spots in OC & LA.
Wanted to try this place. Ordered Spicy Beef Salad Sliced beef with cabbage served with fish sauce, what I got was beef that looked nothing like the menu it was pale with a few spices on a bed of ice berg lettuce, it was suppose to be cabbage. Plate was missing the cucumbers the peppers , it was just plain, when I asked about the cabbage and other veggies that come with plate, the waiter or owner smacked her teeth and had an annoyed look because I asked, Her response was we are out of the cabbage she then rudely asked if I wanted something else. This could have been avoided if she had mentioned that they were out of some of the veggies and cabbage. But her attitude was bad I am paying for the food not getting informed free. A customers should be treated with respect, I was not rude. I left will never go back.
I had the beef pho and it was delicious ? really enjoyed the soup, the meat was great ?? overall very good flavor ✨
The best pho place in Temecula! My family and I have been coming for years and it's so good. I would eat here every day if I could.
Went here for the first time with my girlfriend a few days ago and I can say it definitely delivered! We ordered two beef pho and a side of spring rolls. It was excellent! The beef broth was flavorful and the sauce to go along with the spring rolls was delicious. The server and possibly the manager were extremely kind and considerate making you feel welcome and appreciated. Would FOR SURE return. Support local businesses! 5/5.
Service is terrible but the sad part is the food is really good. The older lady was super nice and smiling to everyone except me and my boyfriend although we were polite...I usually don't write reviews because I'm not picky. But as a server in a restaurant myself I get frustrated at bad service. I asked for chicken pho (no chicken, I know it's weird but we get full off the protein and like noodles and broth the most) but whenever I ask for plain pho they don't understand and don't put the garnishes. She looked at us as if we were stupid and then seemed like she got irritated because I asked for my pho with vegetable broth. She didn't acknowledge and rudely walked away without saying a word even though I said thank you. I wasn't rude it was just a request. The food is good though I just hope the restaurant recognizes how service is important as well
I wanted to try a pho place I hadn’t tried today, so I found this place on google & gave it a shot. It took 4x calling for them to answer their phone- not great, especially at a traditionally non busy hour (after lunch). My husband went to pick up our order & he said he could tell the lady I had talked to had never put the order in. I called at 2:30- it’s now 3:30 & he’s still waiting on this food. That’s totally unacceptable for 2 bowls of pho & eggrolls. I hate giving small places bad reviews, but waiting an hour bc of their mistake is really annoying.
Always come here when we want pho. Always fresh and delicious food.
Slowest service ever. Took 32 minutes to get my appetizer. Should not take this long when the restaurants empty. Horrible experience and we will not be coming back. Foods good but who wants to wait forever for noodles and broth.
