You try to order the pizza you want, how you want it through the app, but it doesn’t let you. So you call it in, and using the same promo code online, they tell you it’s going to be $20 more than what it’s supposed to be. The family 2 large pizza coupon for 25.99 should be able to make the specialty pizza half and half without issue. All around horrible experience dealing with the app and the store
I've only ever had one bad pizza before. With that said the pizza is decent, I like the extras ( banana peppers and butter garlic dip). But the toppings were just sparse for a 2 topping pizza and sauce what a little too sweet for my liking. Bread was a little doughy, but that could just be a personal preference. Given the option I would say it's about even with little Caesars but with a higher price tag.
Food is sub-par. We ordered extra dipping sauce, only received the dipping sauces that come standard with the order (i.e. 1 garlic sauce and 1 ranch). Called and pressed the number for the manager/customer service, rings once and immediately hangs up. Called and spoke with someone using the "order" line, they transferred to the previous customer service line, it's quiet and then just disconnects. Horrible customer service, purchase at your own risk. Keep in mind the dipping sauce is not cheap and chances are you probably wont receive it.
We order bi-weekly from papajohns.com; and the consistent speed, quality, and variety of toppings, sauces, and ribs is reliably delightful!
We order from this papa johns all the time. For the last year to be exact. Last night we ordered pizza and the wait was 60-70 minutes, I mean duh they were busy plus Im sure like most place right now, under staff. So I followed on my pizza tracker and it said delivered. I checked outside and nothing. I called the store Asher answered and I said I wanted to check the status of my order bc it said it was delivered. Now I did check the app and the phone number on file was wrong. So I was totally ready to take responsibility for that and see if I could come pick up the pizzas, refund, whatever my options were. Asher says “ is this Rancho California?” I told him yes he said “you gave me a bogus address and bogus phone number, and you don’t live in the Temecula garden apartments,” I couldn’t even explain to him or ask him anything. He just kept telling me how my address was bogus. He than gave the phone to a “manager” who said they would deliver the pizzas out to me I gave him the correct phone number and he asked me for the correct address I told him that address is correct that I have ordered from them three times just in December. The address has never changed for the last year. Asher was so rude and unhelpful, I than spoke to another manager who said to me “to be fair your number was wrong what did you want him to do stand outside and wait” I tried to explain to him that I understood 100 percent that it was my fault I get that. But I didn’t deserved to be talked to the way I was. I’m human I make mistakes too. To be told I was lying about my address, and than for the manager say “well unless your going to place another order thisPhone call is over” so disappointed that I’ve ordered so many times from this location and never had a problem with delivery until last night. Didn’t get the pizzas to feed my family. And was to afraid to order again. I know I’m only one customer but… you lost one customer
Pizza here is always great. People always friendly
Really good job on the pizzas and excellent service.
Pizza was good and the staff was friendly. I like the finely chopped vegetables.
I love Papa John's, they always use fresh ingredients and their service is top notch.
I believe the company has changed their ingredients for the worst... The red sauce, the dough, even the toppings don't taste the same as I remember.Further more, they need to train their cooks better in making pizzas: the stuffed crust pizza was stretched out incorrectly. The center was too thin: it fell apart onto the table before it could reach my plate. Even the crust had way too much dough on it that I couldn't even taste the cheese inside, which made it dry.The toppings on the first half was olive and mushroom. The olives tasted spoiled and had hardly any mushrooms. The second half was bacon, chicken, and onion. The "bacon", to me, is more like chunks of "ham" than "bacon". There was hardly any topping on it, to be frank.I've worked as a cook for Pizza Hut for a year and a half. Where is the quality checker? They didnt even cut the pizza into 8 slices. Knowing how to make pizzas and then seeing this? This is sad. ;(This was ordered around 4:40 pm on a Wednesday. Please make your food with pride and in proper portions.
