The choices are great and yummy. However, when getting our order an employee stepped in between my sons plate and mine. (Asking us to pay for his finished plate and mine not made yet) The employee that stepped in was making 6 online ordered plates!! That is rude, I took the time to come in and I am here in front of you now (not on a computer) the computer orders can WAIT!! The customer service is lacking and cost them a 5 star rating!! The people who take the time to be present literally in front of you SHOULD BE SERVED FIRST!!
They are usually good, but only had two things out. Had to wait 20 minutes to get my meal. Only had 10 minutes left for lunch.
Panda ain't bad but lately they have been slow and forgetting stuff. I ordered online and it took 25 mins after I arrived to get my order. I may as well order in the store. What makes it worse is that they were fully staffed qnd it was 8pm.

It's a great place and the food is pretty fresh all the time I've gone there. The staff there is very nice and know what to do. Just be careful with going there during dinner. The line goes as fast as a ride into Disneyland not because of the staff but because the customers just sit there and order basically everything off the menu. The line doesn't move for over three minutes
Haven't had a single good experience with take out here. After 2yrs of dealing with the pandemic, you would think they would have a handle on take out by now. Customer service is lacking at this location and I would not recommend this location. Team members ignore the folks picking up to go, has happened the last 2 visits as well. Very inconsistent product all around.
Always a predictably good meal. This time, I had an aggressive allergic reaction. Possibly from cross contaminated serving utensils. Please be aware for anaphylactic customers, thanks!!!
It's fake Chinese food but it's delicious and fast.
Absolutely amazing food at this location. It’s usually hard to find an easy place to pick up food before work especially being in Temecula. This place makes it easy to quickly pick up some food, the staff is so friendly, there’s always this very sweet girl with cool makeup taking orders and I appreciate her very much. The quality of the food is outstanding too - I’d recommend this location over any other in Temecula/Murrieta.
