If I’m going to pay 10 dollars for a smoothie bowl, at least have it filled to the top. One third of the bowl didn’t even have anything inside.

This Nekter location seems to have hired an excellent crew. Very responsive, perfect juice orders as ordered and fast to get those orders out. One particular crew member who I have interacted with lately and gets my orders perfect is a girl by the name Trin. She is simply refreshing, smiling always and pleasant while working orders. I am a regular at this location, along with a few Gym "rats" and friends and we all experience the same service when she is working along with whoever other crew members on duty that day.
Excellent customer service!!! Stopped here for our first time and had no idea what to try! A young lady by the name of Destini helped me pick the perfect smoothie. She was such a sweetheart and, so patient as I went back and forth between my choices? we will definitely be back.
Don't order from this location. It took 45 minutes to make two acai bowls. Once the bowls were made they were incorrect and had none of the adders we requested. The two kids that were working could have used another 1-2 people. If you can't find anybody to work the owner should be there helping.

When we walked into this Nekter, the tables were a mess. There was sticky fruit on each one. The person working seemed overwhelmed and there probably needed to be another worker because it took awhile to get the bowls. My son asked for no coconut flakes, but she forgot and added them. She offered to take them off, but she seemed overwhelmed, so my son just took them off. He didn’t get the extra berries we paid for. She forgot the water he asked for. When he asked again, she said they ran out of lids. When we got into the car, he spilled the water in the car. This was not a good trip.
