Wow this specific locations getting worse every visit. Last time I waited 35 minutes for a kids meal and chicken. Nuggets meal at their parking lot. So today 06/14/22 ordered the same exact thing and yet again, the drive thru asked me to pull at parking spot 1. There was no one else in the parking lot waiting. 20 minutes gone by still no sign of a staff to give our food, so I decided to go in and and stood at the counter for almost 5minutes before greeting that someone will be right with me.Finally they ask if I have an order and I told them we have been waiting for more than 20minutes outside the parking lot since they said they are going to bring our order, not even surprised that they don't even have our food ready or even put together ?. Mcdonalds is a fast food but it was a big let down. They seem to have a lot of people but they are not communicating or something else.Very poor service and I think I am never coming back to this location.
I don't know why you got a dead zone going on in your parking lot, kind of interesting, almost like you want to dissuade the use of curbside and coupons... Had to be right on the nuts of the first window to actually connect to store Wi-Fi and redeem my coupon. Then was told to park in reserved space number 2. Y'all delivered number 1's order, then gave what was presumably my order to the new guy who took number 1's spot. Then fulfilled the Curbside order parked next to me even though he came 10 minutes after me. So at this point, it was clear you lost my order, which was a simple 2 McDoubles and 1 large fry. Too bad I couldn't call and let you guys know, but you know, you got that dead zone going on. 10 more minutes pass, a worker goes car to car with a bag asking if anyone ordered two cheeseburgers and a fry. I think to myself "I guess you could describe my order as two cheeseburgers and a fry" and I take it. Drive away and pop a fry my mouth and find it is both unsalted and not well done. Whatever, but when I get home and open the rest of the bag, I find that it wasn't even two cheeseburgers. They gave me what looks to be half a Big Mac in a paper wrapper... It's a top bun, Patty, and then Big Mac middle bun... That's right, the bottom bun is flat and burned on both sides as if to constitute the middle of a Big Mac. That's what they gave me and a fry. Dude. 20 minutes and this is what I get? Order 1349 on 5/22/22 if you have doubts.
I don't know what the deal was with the employees, but several of them were rude. The one on the speaker sounded like she doesn't want to be there. The black woman doesn't have any manners and aggressively crumpled my order. Management needs to do something because this Mcdonald's is by far the worse one between Temecula and Murrieta. Try hiring qualified workers instead of kids who cannot show some basic human decency and respect. If I could, I would have rated this place a 0/5 stars but since I can't do that I give this place a 1.
Went there on 3/27/22. Ordered through the drive thru, and the person who took our order was rude. Ordered caramel ice coffee, came with a couple piece of ice and no caramel syrup. And a large fries, which was unsalted. And COLD. Game out the car to get the workers attention. And the guy in the kitchen, saw me and completely ignored me. And went back to the drive thru window. To notify the guy who took my order. And he was RUDE and said he's not touching that fries. I just wanted to exchange it. That is. WORST McDonald's I ever had.
Ah, it's McDonalds. They neve have soft serve, I do find that irritating since sometimes that's the only reason we are in the drive thru line. Otherwise, you know what you're gonna get here, everyone is nice and food is always the same. They rarely screw up an order and the drive thru line is pretty fast, faster than going inside. Everything is clean, never trash thrown around, bathrooms are clean. It's one of the nicer McDonald's that I have been to.
Went inside to order and it was filthy. Plenty of staff capable of cleaning. They would walk by and refill their drinks, paying the trash no attention. This speaks to the leadership of this establishment and not the young employees.
Got the wrong food again and the quality was horrible. Usually would just throw it away and move on but the bacon was raw and looks like it has mold on it. Save your money save your time and save your health.Joe Erlinger you should reach out to this location and help them.
Ask for heavy pickles on a Mc chicken, get exactly one pickle...really? And forget avoiding the drive through line when it is packed...you put in a curbside or inside order, you still have to wait for them to empty the entire drive-through - even the cars that come 10 minutes after you placed your order...
I will never go back.My husband is 84 years old, I am 80 years old. We wanted the special B'fast muffin that you advertised also senior coffee. Our tab was almost $18.00. I went back and inquired why, I was told unless you ask special for the above we give you the same items for the more expensive price. The clerk was a young man and he told me I need to learn how to order. I have learned to never go there again and have made it my project to share this with my many senior friends.
Saturday, March 5th, 2022 noon The guest service is lacking in this establishment. Not once were we greeted by any of the employees. No one was in the dining room and my son and I were the only two in line. During the duration of 7 minutes several employees looked in our direction but not one said anything, not even we be right with you. A woman who I assume was the manager, was dictating and speaking loudly to the employees who were tending to the food and drive through guests. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Needless to say, we left without ordering anything.
