We were just at this location 2 days ago and it was surprisingly amazing and way better than the one just down the street. Fries almost tasted like McDonalds French Fries, not the soggy uncooked fries they seem these days. Waited 30 minutes thru the drive thru, ok... covid, blah blah... I get it and wasn't mad, well as first at least. Got our food from a very courteous young guy. All was good until we got to the fries... Its what they are known for! And they were soggy and uncooked!

I don't know what it is about this location but I try to avoid it any time I can. Luckily there are much better ones in the city. This one almost never gets my order right. Almost always has rude unhelpful service. Even the food has been cold sometimes. And....they don't care. I'd really like to know if this is a franchise store or a corporate one. I can't imagine that they would pass too many secret shopper visits.

I'd like to open this review with something that happened to me 4 years ago here, once I came in quickly to walk in get a plain McChicken sandwich and leave, which is literally just a bun and a patty. And while it was moderately busy, I don't see why I had to wait 25 minutes for something as simple as that, especially when I used to work at a McDonald's, it only takes 4 minutes to fry a patty. Two years this location has also stopped me from ordering anything dinner related because the time was now 12:01 and they could only serve breakfast past midnight. Last year I waited 30 minutes, on two separate occasions for a diet coke and an apple pie through the drive thru. And this year I've had multiple experiences with missing items and generally cold food. It's like this location has a thing for wasting my time and I wish I had a different food place near me that's open late because I would go somewhere else if I could.

I haven't been to Mc Donald's in about 5 or 6 years. I was craving ice cream so I stopped by this location for a hot fudge sundae and apparently..."We don't sell ice cream after 10pm".Such a let down. Guess it will be another 6 years before I come back.????

Me and my two children have visited this location numerous times and never had an issue. The staff was always very friendly and took our order promptly. Today, I promised my children like I always do after our kick scooter ride that we would go to McDonalds as a treat. We always bring our scooter in because you can't chain them outside. I make sure the middle table is free so we can push our scooters in so it won't disturb the other customers or be a hazard to others. Today, all the tables were empty but there was one customer who was placing an order. The manager who wouldn't give me her name after asking her for it repeatedly told me that it was forbidden to bring the scooters into the store. I tried to reason with her since I promised my kids I would buy them a meal there but no she was adamant saying that she doesn't make the rules and that she reserves the right to serve me or not. I told her that I was a Retail Manager and that is not the way you treat customers but she didn't care. She could have tried to offer another solution but she didn't care. I had to listen to my kids all the way back home how rude she was and how they didn't get their treat after a long scooter ride.Edit: I gave a one star rating but then I decided that all the other times I visited this location we did receive great service so I changed my rating to a 3.

I work for Uber eats and I went to pick up an order. When I arrived I told the girl behind the counter, I had an oder for this person (I won't use the girls name)The girl I spoke to looked irritated and was talking very poorly to 3 teenager employees. She tried to had me 2 bags that were from GrubHub. I told her I work for Uber eats not GrubHub. She proceeded to tell me she had no order for Uber eats. I showed her my phone with the person's name and order. She looked again irritated and checked her receipts. She said the order was incomplete and the customer didn't pay. I proceeded then to call the customer to ask her about it. She was nice and told me her card was charged for the order. I gave the information to the girl at the counter and she again looks irritated and says " I will just put the order in by hand". I said thank you and waited for them to complete the order. They finally completed the order I was able to deliver it. The girl I encountered could have been treating her co-workers better. It made me feel bad for these teenage boys who I am sure is their first job. We all need to treat one another with respect.

This place .....I ordered 2 difficult meals for my friends Great Job got it right. I only ordered a large Vanilla Latte......they gave me an ICED 1 on a freezing cold day! It was huge and COLD Mixed feelings ? I'm sure they will do a better job next time.

Never again. 1 hour 10 minutes to complete our order. 35 minutes trapped in drive thru. Then wrong food. Ask to park in front for drinks. 30 minutes later I go in to get them and no one has a clue what I'm talking about. Waited 10 minutes until that was resolved. People in inside the store yelling at each other ..... complete cluster phuck!

Accessibility: 24 hour drive thru, and you can pull forward to the window if you need help with hearing or signing.Experience: they were a little slow today because it seemed like they were short on workers. Very kind employees though!
