Made an order online. I ordered a fries burger and a cola when the man behind the counter gave me my order. There was a burger, fries, but no Cola. I paid for it. I asked for a glass and very rudely almost threw it away. Didn't apologize, didn't say anything.Very rude staff.And a couple of months before they gave me regular coffee instead of cappuccino. And when I came back they didn't even apologize.And the tables are always dirty.
This McDonald's is hit or miss (mostly miss during the day shift). But tonight to the lady who took our order and greeted us at the window and I'm assuming her very few coworkers you all did amazing! So she took our order and greeted us at the first window and gave us our order at the second. So from that I'm guessing there is very few staff. And everything was perfect! The fries weren't burnt and were salted great! The was actually extra caramel when we asked for it, and the MC flurry was actually made properly!During day shift with full staff normally the fries are burnt hard and unsalted, MC flurry is just ice cream with the toppings on top so I have to mix it myself, and there is barely any caramel in the Sundae. Also the egg McMuffin tends.to be not fully cooked (egg yolks leaking). But to that team on tonight you are all amazing!
Ordering at the drive thru was fast and so was getting the food. The only issue was the French fries were very hard and not freshly made. That was not good.
Always a wait, inside they ignore you because they want you to order through their dumb kiosk. Only been inside twice and happened both times. A lady inside said she drove all the way back because they forgot to give her the kids food she ordered. Who wants bacon? Gross
They had me wait in a stall from the drive thru. Handed me 4 combos in one bag that wouldn’t close at all. Everything was cold.
Wow, don't waste your time at this location. Very unprofessional staff. My food was cold and tasted old, fries and burger both. The Hi-C I ordered was water. Watched the staff give an entire tray of cookies to some kids (possibly friends of staff). Really unprofessional, really slow, and old food. Don't waste you time or money at this location.
Youre a 24 hr drive thru. So be open 24 hrs. They are the laziest workers I have ever seen in my life. Imagine if a business was run by 20...14 yr olds. Slow. And employees are not trained well. Went there spent 20 dollars waited very long for my order. Brought me 2 wrong orders asked for my money back and they gave me back 40 dollars. Stay away.
