Belle Belle posted a review that shocked me- because I experienced the same exact thing they did. Only difference was MOST of the foodwas good. I ordered chicken and there was something weird about the flavor, so I exchanged it for beef. Beef arrives, good, check comes and there’s an up charge for the beef. I called it out and thankfully they removed it. However the service? Incredibly slow, we were there, for 2 hrs and most of it was waiting.

I was so sad the ribs weren’t fall off the bone soft. Instead they were super dry. The reason for the two stars instead of one is the mac & cheese and fries were good. A little under seasoned with the fries, but good. I got a whole rack which was even more upsetting. The two stars also is because the Texas hot sausages were good. We got the kids meal and my son couldn’t eat his ribs they were too chewy and dry. Beer can chicken was super tender.
Gave four stars because there’s always room for improvement… Had the deviled eggs, kind’ve plain basic flavor wouldn’t recommend nor order again, they should add sweet relish OR chopped jalapeños to the egg mixture to give it some type zest…. Had the St Louise Ribs / Chicken combo with the greens and mixed vegetables, everything was good ESPECIALLY because of the heat temperature wise, food temperature will always be the winning factor for me in the end…
It was a great experience we celebrated my son's birthday we ordered the giant family feast 289.00 tons of meat which we had choices so it's customized to our liking and 6 sides there was 7 adults and 3 children and still had tons of food for all to take some home definitely will feed 12 to 15 adults. Deb was our waitress was delivered she had patience and great to handle of us definitely recomened having your large party. Remember to tip your wait staff in is always best for them. Best of all they get to clean up. Can't go wrong.
Huge kudos to your staff today! My husband and I came in to dine today with our 5 year old who’s autistic and non verbal. As I was greeted by a friendly smile, I hesitated, but figure it didn’t hurt to ask if we could sit out on the patio since the inside of the restaurant is scary for my son, without hesitation, the hostess immediately said of course. We were seated promptly, the server Sharon was amazing, service was quick, food was delicious and the person that helped with bringing out the food was kind. I am super impressed as we often don’t get treated this way because of our son. It even brings tears to my eyes writing this, knowing that kind hearted people still exist. Thank you!
Went to Lucille’s with my wife and son for Valentine’s Day; had a great meal and the server Michelle was great; thanks Michelle!
What a wonderful experience! The food was delicious and perfectly prepared. The bar is well stocked with top shelf labels.My first time at any Lucille’s. This won’t be my last. I just hope any other location can keep up with this one!!Thank you Bartender Michelle!!

I love Lucille's! On this visit to the Temecula location, I had the two-meat combo with baby back ribs and burnt ends. My sides were bbq beans and mac and cheese. With the exception of the burnt ends everything was delicious! Unfortunately, my burnt ends, and my friends burnt ends, were extremely fatty and not pleasant to eat. I did let our wonderful server know and he offered for me to speak with someone about it, but I declined. I should have taken his offer but we were having such a nice evening and I'm often not comfortable with complaining. I still give 5 stars to Lucille's...but will be wary of the burnt ends in the future.
