Overcooked eggs in my BJ again!!!. I just want a good Breakfast Jack! It's all I ask! It seems impossible these days. I've been getting the same Breakfast Jack for 30 years...not since the pandemic...now it is quite a search for a good Breakfast Jack!!Try Poway. They are most consistent.
There was a line of drive-through cars around the building. Went inside, waited 6 minutes for counter help. Ordered and waited 15 minutes. Order after order went to drive through window. Received the bag of food, cold fries, and no drink. Had to go back in for the drinks. When I left, no autos in the drive through line!
Drive thru was extremely slow. Every item in our order was wrong, and most were cold anyway. Dining area is closed, so we had to go back through the drive-thru to get them fixed. What a waste of time. Definitely NOT fast food. I don't know why I ever stop at this one. Nothing but problems every time. Oh, and of course there were no napkins in the bags of food. Complete disaster. Total time trying to get food...28 minutes.

I went to Jack In The Box today, they forgot to give me my two hash browns. They gave me the wrong buttery Jack Burger, the fries were cold. I ask for regular coffee no flavor, and they gave me the mocha flavored coffee. I also tried calling their office and it went straight to voicemail
I just wanna give a shoutout to Regina and Caleb, two hard workers at the night shift of this Jack in the Box location!I felt bad for them this particular day as when I arrived to Jack in the Box late at night, they had a massive rush to deal with that took over an hour to wait for. While the wait would normally be a massive inconvenience, I felt bad for them as I've worked fast food and know how bad the late night rushes can get. I turned off my car every time I had the opportunity to move forward to save gas, listened to music, and tidied up various parts of my interior while waiting. Two cars ahead of me, the driver chewed out the employees there. When I got to the window, I gave the employees recognition for their efforts on this difficult situation at work.My food came out delicious as expected from a Jack in the Box! But I hope the employees there realize that while it's easy for people to get upset at inconveniences don't let it get to you personally! Management, please recognize them for their efforts!
You guys suck. I will never go to this Jack in box never again. I got burnt chicken strips of 7 pieces and instead of giving me honey mustard sauce you guys give regular mustard. Lost a good customer of me at this location.
This used to be my go-to place but recently the quality has gone down big time, in terms of both the food quality and the service. One time I ordered a Triple-Bacon Jack with Curly Fries and only received a Double with normal fries. Another time they were completely out of tacos somehow. The food doesn't seem to be made as well as it used to be and the drive thru moves much slower.

This place was either severely understaffed for late night (1am) drive thru, or they were just being incredibly slow for some reason. I was waiting in the drive thru line for 25 minutes!! To boot, they were out of their tacos! Like, that's why I went there for, and they were out of them! I ended up getting something else, and it was good, but I was still disappointed about there not being any tacos.Oh, and then there was a price discrepancy between the two drive thru menu boards on the tacos. The first one had them priced at $1.59 and the second one where you place your order at had them priced at $1.49. Sure, it's just 10 cents, but that adds up!At least my order was right when I finally did get it.
