I was ok at 1st with this place, nothing stood out, we parked and tried to go inside and the employees just stared at us, it was a locked door before closing hours...they motioned the drive-thru, we r traveling in a 36' RV, sorry not gonna happen...we tried to let them know, they didn't care...no walk up service allowedIn thus area u have many options, I HIGHLY SUGGEST STAYING AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!
Ordered via DoorDash today, the driver was quick and on time. My issue is with the store. I ordered a Classic Buttery Jack sandwich. I’m pregnant and was CRAVING this burger, haven’t had it in a long time. I get my food and I’m eating while working, since I work from home. And 4 bites in I noticed it was chewy… like..jerky chewy?? I look at the patty and 1 the patty they gave me was a regular sized patty, didn’t even give me the thicker patty IT SHOULD come with, 2 it’s OLD AND DRY, and 3 ITS PINK!!!!!! IM PREGNANT and I was given an OLD and UNCOOKED burger!! I escalated this issue with DoorDash to which they helped me tremendously. I decided to call the store to let the Manager know what HER COOK decided to do. And all she has to say is “our food is going through fast”. Didn’t even let me talk. Didn’t care that I’m pregnant and ate UNDERCOOKED OLD FOOD!!! And then she hangs up on me FOR BEING UPSET I ATE UNDERCOOKED FOOD!!! If I get food poisoning and this puts my baby in danger. Best believe I’m suing.
This place is terrible. It doesn't honor their hours. I had a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru but it was closed. I see the employees inside, I called the number and Carlos picked up and said that they are close right now. I asked him why since it was posted that they're drive thru was 24hrs. He didn't really have a response. I also asked how will I get my refund? He states that since it was mobile order, he doesn't think I'll be able to get a refund? Are u kidding me? He was not helpful at all.
Seems like prices have gone up, but the quality of the food went down. I think if your going to charge more the quality should be better not worse. But Jack in the Box isn't really any different than other places. All prices have gone up and the quality is just not what it use to be.
Well when I went here yesterday I really wanted to talk to the head cheese guy whoever that was because their food was cheesy and not in a good way. Also their Coke was flatter than Wonder woman's stomach and absolutely no bubbles. They're curly fries which I totally love were cold and old kind of like me haha LOL and their sourdough Jack is what I got and it wasn't all that I think they got new cooks in there or something but somebody needs to take somebody by the throat and just scream at him or no not scream that doesn't get nothing accomplished let's see how about just get their s*** together and quit serving food that's old and cold I could do that at home and not have to pay so much you know. Yet I must say the employees were still smiling away as they were serving me my cold fries nice. So I guess the head cheese guy if I could be I would I would be the head cheese guy and get on the phone and call Jack quick and tell him what's up.
I came here yesterday, now I'm never one to complain whatsoever! ANYWAYS, Yesterday I passed here and while I was ordering a custom burger from the chick on drive through I just rudely heard someone in the background say "well then why the hell are you ordering it like that idiot? " I couldn't believe my ears???, so I grabbed my order and walked in afterwards but given how busy it looked I just left, but I did get a glance at the ladies name tag which said "SU", Fast forward an hour later, I called in to give my complaint, and guess who answered my phone call??? Yep, the same lady that gave me attitude, after insulting me and threatening me with the cops because "she had caller ID" she just proceeds to curse me out and hang up, is this her norm???
4am on Sunday morn can’t go through the drive through idk why been sitting here over 15 min waiting on the worker to bring out my door dash orders and I’m still waiting wth why is it taking so long I’m the only person here it’s a30 am now still not one of my 3 ordersIdk what there doing but there not making food apparently
Service was GOOD, BUT the food was NOT I have had the same burger at different jack in the boxs. I THINK this TIME THEY gave me the kids size , AND the fries SUCKED

It's fine. Cheap enough food. I go for the price more than anything. Some of the employees are great and very helpful and patient, others are not. Many times they'll forget something for my meal, and I'll usually not notice until I get home. I've started checking before leaving just to be sure, and I've asked for the thing they forgot, and they insisted that they didn't forget it. I didn't want to hold up the line so I left. They forgot what I asked for, of course. It's an ok place, all things considered.
