Garbage, this use to be my go to location. Over the last year they have really gone downhill. There is only 1 employee that I recognize that was there 1 year ago. The managers have no clue, are rude, and seem overwhelmed. Ever time I go there they get my order wrong. They are a franchised location. I now go to the only corporate owned location in Temecula which is the one by the Walmart on Temecula Parkway. Save yourself an extra trip for your missing items. just drive to another location that will get your order right.
This is the 3rd time I went to this location and they were closed before their advertised time. The employees would still be in there watching us go to the drivethrough and not even tell us they're closed, just completely ignoring the intercom. If you guys are so understaffed. Update your hours so you don't have people wasting there time driving to this locationSide note: advertised close time: 3:30 amI have been here at 11pm 12am 1am and they were "closed" but about 3-4 employees will be inside the restaurant sitting on the chairs.
Waited in the drive through for about 5-10 mins without being greeted. After saying hello 4 times a woman came over the intercom only to tell me to wait. Service was LAGGING. I get to the window I wasent greeted again checked my order and it was wrong. After waiting she handed my food and closed the window. I arrived at 6:38pm did not leave this drive through until 6:58pm y’all want fast foood don’t bother coming here. Plus customer service was a joke.
Friendly staff. Just super slow. Food was poor quality. Burger patty was super dry tasted like it had been laying around all day.Fries were undercooked. Walked out without eating all my food. What a waste of money.
Tried their Paddy Melt Combo deal. It was a great price, but skimpy on the beef burger, grilled onions and cheese. Do or a dollar more could have added a second burger.
I was drive through at opening on Sunday morning 530am to 600amAfter I ordered the chicken cluck deluxe, I was informed at the window that the fryer wasn't on and would take approximately 20 minutes or so to reach prime temperature.The manager gave me my coffee for the trouble,but my question is how do you open at breakfast of all times and not have a fryer ready for hash browns,tacos,french fries, and other sides like jalapenos???SMH
Angie the "Supervisor" was extremely rude about a delivery order placed through the app that was either never delivered or delivered to the wrong house. Jorge was the driver who messed up our order and the original girl who answered the phone was extremely rude as well, how a corporate fast food chain can operate like this is beyond me. I will be calling in and talking to corporate about this blatant disrespect and I hope no one has to deal with these rude inconsiderate people about their own mistakes the way that my family and I did today. Please keep in mind that we spend $30 to not receive our food, got told that were out of luck on our payment and then hung up on.
Great Jack in the Box. They make yummy breakfast sandwiches and have fast service. I love to stop here on my way down to San Diego for a quick morning bite. The bathrooms are also clean!
Worst Jack in the box ever. The restaurant is never open and my car is broke down right now so I can't go through the drive thru what do you do Walk through the drive thru. Also I have EBT and it's a special program to where I can order food here. The problem is the app doesn't have a card to add area for the EBT card these card's Don't have an experation date or the security code on back. So even though I have it available I'm missing a lot of points because I can't use the app to order... This morning I used the drive thru and ordered 2 breakfast Jacks and when I got to work I realized both had no meat @ all. I called the number on the receipt it just kept ringing until it went to voicemail.
