Relaxing atmosphere close to freeway
I think they were too busy, even though it was only around 4pm. They got my order wrong, I ordered two burgers, both with grilled onions, they got one right, the other had jalapenos instead of onions. I HATE spicy/hot food, so that was an unpleasant experience. Then the CO2 in the drinks was off, it tasted flat to both of us. I don't normally frequent this location, I normally go to the one off Los Alamos. I will be avoiding this one in the future. But the employees were really nice.
I really appreciate the level of service, professionalism, and quality of food at this In N Out! Victor C. and Diana are just two of many great employees who provide great service! Today, February 8, 2022 at 337 pm, I had a pleasant conversation with Victor about his outlook on his job. He really loves it and truly cares about those he serves. Diana was great at passing the food to me and ensuring I received my order correctly! I’m definitely coming back!
The food as usual is great. This review is not about the food. It is about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This location is UNSAFE, it is DANGEROUS. Not because of the area, the area is safe as it can be these days. The line 99% of the time wraps around into the single lane entrance into the other businesses in the same parking lot. You literally can not get around the line, and if you try, you are dumped into incoming traffic. So every car, whether or not you are going to in-n-out you are forced to wait in their line. This location should be shut down.
I'm not a huge hamburger person and haven't been to In n Out for YEARS. This location is extremely busy, especially the drive-thru. We decided to go inside and it was crazy busy inside too. Despite all that, they were friendly, fast and accurate!! And now I'm a huge fan
In n out used to be the best no questions asked. But since past few years and COVID they have changed. Quality is ? not the same..... Been there several times since and been same new bad :(
The hype was a bit too much. The food was good but the lines I think are a bit over kill. The food tasted similar to 5 guys. The fries didn't feel super fresh, they were warm not hit and certainly not crisp. But the burger was good and I'd certainly take it over McDonald's Bk or similar chains.
Fries were stone cold... when asked for a new hot batch, I was given a look like I was crazy & you're not satisfied with what I give you!!!Did receive a fresh batch, but luke warm, from another employee who was very nice.. Thus, 2*'sFirst time in 10+ years visiting, things have really changed. Very sad
In-N-Out is one of the best burger places in the country. People debate if it is the best, but no one argues that it's in the top few. If you haven't been, then go. If you have been, the go again. And for Christ's sake In-N-Out open stores across the county already!
In-n-out is a great California burger joint. Extremely family friendly and easy on the budget. Simple menu options, but don't forget to ask about secret menu options!On rainy days they give free hot cocoa to kids!My last visit was a meet up with some local homeschooling families. The employees were so accommodating to our very large group that consisted of at least 7 mom's and at least 20 kids. The kids took up a whole wall of tables and we mom's took several more tables!! The employees were so courteous and kind, they brought out paper hats and hot chocolate to our kids!As a long time patron to this location they have always gotten our order correct!Thank you In-n-out for being so amazing!!
