Staff is great here, they remember you after just being there a couple times. They even remember what you ordered recently. I always have a good experience at this IHOP.
Horribly managed IHOP they had 3 online orders waiting in pancakes for over an hour and the manager kept sending the pancakes over to the tables probably because they benefit more from it since they get tips. They could just get 3 online orders done at a time to get them flowing better but money talks.
Last time I went I had a good experience and the food was better that my previous visit. My biggest gripe with this location is the hours of operation. Sometimes they have regular hours Sometimes they close at 2pm Sometimes they just don't open.
My family came in on a Saturday afternoon for a quick bite, we got seated in the corner of the restaurant, we sat there for 23 minutes without anyone coming to take our order even though it was not busy at that time. At that point, we expressed our grievances, the workers didn’t seem bothered much.
We only went because we had a gift card. We both really enjoyed our food. Place was clean and the staff was very attentive. IHOP can be proud of this one!

Ordered pancakes family breakfast although it did come exactly was promised pancakes were. Dry tasted burnt n also the bacon. Hash browns always taste good a lil crispy but mine had burn marks . . Was really disappointed but then again totally I thought they had the butter milk pancakes n I was wrong it’s Denny’s that has those great pancakes! My mistake ordering from the wrong place maybe that’s their standards. . . For Great pancakes check out Denny’s !

They allowed us to come in even though they were closing soon. One waitress was working, I believe her name is Betsy. She did an amazing job taking care of everyone by herself!
