Ordered 3 item combo. Tri-tip was over cooked but tender, burnt ends where not actual burnt ends, Cajun sausage was bland. Dinner roll is not home made, just a cold King's Hawaiian roll. This was not worth $30.
Staff was great but food was mediocre at best. Pulled pork was pale and flavorless and the burnt ends tasted like a cheap sirloin that was cooked up on the flattop and topped with a little bbq sauce. But the stuffed jalapeños were delicious! Definitely wasn’t even a top 25 bbq joint for me and the wife.
My husband when on vacation always try to see if there is a Diner, Drive-in's and dive restaurant where we visit. This place came up. So we decided to try it. The service was great!!! The prices seems a bit high especially since you don't get a side with your meal that's extra. and the sides we had were just okay nothing special... However the meat had great flavor and their homemade pickles WOW delicious!
Food seemed to be cooked beforehand then refrigerated or frozen. No smoke rings. The Tri tip was well done not sure why and had a tangy flavor profile that overpowered the beef, Chicken slices were hard and dried out like jerky…. Round 2? No
It used to be great, but the food has gotten worse. And to boot, NOW the guy has the audacity to tell you you can't sub or add ingredients. Bubs, we're just tryina get back the yummy your food USED to be. I won't be going back. And that really bums me out.
I am big BBQ person and I smoke BBQ almost once a month, I was passing by the other day and sign caught my eyes, I had to try it. It was really good an tasty one of the best in California. Highly recommend the place to anyone that love BBQ.
Best hidden secret in Temecula besides wine. Hands down the best ever smoked chicken wings and garlic truffle fries. No other places seen items like BBQ lasagna and smoked jackfruit are awesome. Will be back to get more of it, and to drink some caviar infused vodka with Al. ?
We've ordered bbq sandwiches (chicken and tri-tip) for takeout several times and have yet to be disappointed. Meat is tender, plentiful and sauces are great. We keep meaning to try some of the other interesting BBQ Fusion offerings (featured on "Diners Drive Ins and Dives"!), but always seem to fall back on our standbys! It's obvious that lots of love goes into this food. We'll definitely keep ordering from this great BBQ option in Temecula!

Hubby was in the mood for bbq this was the first place that came up and I'm super happy we came. Staff was very friendly and helpful with the menu decisions,had the opportunity to meet the owner Allen very cool guy. The food was delicious and the drinks were ? Will definitely be coming back to try more delicious food.
