Ok so against my better judgment to revisit a place I've tried before and really disliked I wound up going against my better judgment due to being hangry I saw this establishment and thought hey this is their chance at redemption. Ha I was more disappointed this visit compared to my last one. For starters we ordered 2 shakes one with whipped cream the other without so after waiting for about 15 minutes just for the shakes to be made my first shake was correct but the second one the young lady behind the counter wanted me to take a shake that had whipped cream on it I explained to her that the one I was waiting for had no whipped cream she keept telling me it was indeed mine so I had to show her the recipe to what exactly I did indeed order with out whipped cream. She scoffed and remade it. Then we waited another 15 minutes for our food my grilled veggies sandwich half of the grilled items where not grilled. Great customer service. I definitely would give zero stars if it was possible.

Food was great and honestly enjoyed the two meals I've had here. The only problem is that within 30 minutes of each meal, (Burger 1st time, Hotdog 2nd) I had to take a hurriedly, massive, explosive dump. I figured the first time was a fluke, that's why I tried it again ordering something different but alas, the same results. Thankfully I live close by, otherwise, God knows what would have happened. The person I went with the first time had the same issue. Just a heads up people.

Sadly not the best experience. Wanted some fries and malt vinegar and the portion size was very disappointing. The is the first time I’ve seen a five guys actually measure out the amount of fries they serve. The entire point of going to this place is because they have huge servings and it’s always plenty to share with friends. Sadly, there was barely enough for one here.I also had to wait about 20 minutes for them to be made. I appreciate they’re being made fresh but it shouldn’t take that long. Seems like there’s no common sense being used to serve customers and it’s more about following a process than problem solving.Won’t be going back to the store. I don’t go to a five guys often. Just occasionally, will make sure to time it when I’m near alternative five guys stores. Hopefully their ‘cost cutting’ measures don’t come back to bite them. Such a shame because I’m sure the amount they think they’re saving per customer is marginal compared to the amount they lose when those customers go elsewhere in future.

The people I git the food for were happy. They love the burgers. Customer service was good. Thanks for the Roasted Peanuts while we wait.

Best location in Southern California and that's visiting different locations.Amazing work guys. Anyone wanting a delicious burger out of this world. YOU need to come here.

it's so hard to rate this place, on one hand they hands down are in the top 5 for burgers in America... then they slap you across the teeth with the price.. Sooooo not worth it. 5 and 1 stars.. Grr

The magic is gone.Today I felt like a kid that just discovered the truth about Santa Claus.Over the years we've been to many Five Guys in California, Arizona and Tennessee.Every time our number is called to pick up our order from the counter, I'm eager to retrieve the order and peer in to see how many extra fries we were given. Honestly, the experience makes me feel like a kid again searching for that cereal prize.Today was like no other day, the anticipation of being able to reach into the bag and grab one of the overflowing/cascading french fries was quenched with the reality that my large order of fries ($6.49+tax), was just that, a large order of fries that were neatly contained in a large cup (same size as their medium drink). Not one fry more nor one fry less.Honestly, if this was my first Five Guys experience, I would seriously question the value of my meal for future consideration.I'm hoping that this was just a mistake, and not the new direction of management or ownership with the blame to be placed upon Covid.There were no physical people in the establishment waiting on orders in front of us. Our order took a whopping 12 minutes to complete (2 Jr bacon burgers and a large fry). The burger and fries as usual were delicious.Will this discourage me from returning to any Five Guys, No. But I will check my future bags upon pick up and immediately address any problems or commend for a job well done.

Great burgers and fries. Don’t try to compare it to In-n-Out - two totally different things.

Night staff is great and the food was good. Only got 4 stars because the dining room was very dirty. I had to wipe down our table and there was food and paper on the floor. Outside tables weren't very good either.
