I love El Pollo loco. I hate this location. I've already reported this store for franchise violations because they kind of just do what they want. Randomly shutting down the dining room. Closing random hours. I don't know if the owner of this location is aware what the managers are doing but hopefully the franchise board will fine the owner of this location
Tried to redeem my rewards and the app would open in the restaurant. This place is known for this. Tried it today and the reward was gone! This is mot the first This has happened. Very discouraging!
i mean the chicken and food are pretty delicious if you get what you order. Most of the time I have to do two loops to pick up the rest of my food and drinks. I've started employing as side care order checker to save me time on my quick eatery food pit stops. It would be awesome if they could put everything in your order in at the same time though, because, you know, ... Fast Food. Two laps isn't really my first thought process.
Foods good...just hate that i ask for 5 salsa and i have to be going back to get it cause they only gave me 2. Happens every time i go..
Hardly ever too busy. Food is consistently good. Friendly service too.

When I pull up in the drive thru, go ahead and place my order get up to the window, and they tell me they have ran out of chicken. You can order something else. What your a chicken Joint. Wow.???
Out of too much items on Xmas eve.. no Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and hot sauce packets. Eeesh. Thanks for the 45 dollars in chicken though... grrr

BRC great, store dirty, service suffering from Covid. At least they had in door dining.
