So it’s one thing for a coffee shop to open at 7:00 and close at 12:00 but to start closing down at 11:20? Are we really into customer service or interested in going homeI guess close at 12:00 means just that everyone goes home so what happens in the dinning area?Honestly! Seems pretentiousGreat coffee but customer service ish? when I was running a coffee shop it was different than today! Not sure what happened during covid but the current staff really doesn’t want to be there!
Pretty cool to see this coffee shop transform into what it was before. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I ordered a dirty chai (it was delicious, by the way) and they asked if I wanted it dark or blonde. I've never been asked that, but the blonde was a good choice. I'll have to go back again to try the dark dirty chai to see if there's a noticeable difference.
Great coffee! Staff was wonderful and pastries were delicious.
I was just in and ordered a chai tea latte. It is the best chai tea latte I have ever had!!! Props to the employee who made it and for the amazing and kind customer service!
I've only been there once since the new ownership. I had an ice lavender spiced chai. It was so good because they use powdered Chai and because I said I don't like it super sweet they made it perfect for me. I'll need to go back and try their espresso.
Great coffee and pastries. Super snooty baristas. Act like they are God's gift to coffee drinkers blessed with unmatched talent. Sort of annoying.
Service very friendly but was super slow. More training needed. Barista literally was reading step by step back and forth. Clean and friendly but expect to wait. Pastries are delicious
I love this place. The oat milk cold brew was capitol and the ambiance and staff are excellent.
Definitely won’t be back to this place. First of all none of the employees were wearing masks or gloves. I ordered an açaí bowl and one of the girls had her hair down and kept touching her hair and proceeded to make the açaí bowl without washing her hands. If employees are handling food they should be wearing gloves at a minimum. Also it was the world’s smallest açaí bowl and cost $9.50. My fiancé said the coffee is very bitter too.
Nice place with a decent selection. I thought I found my new coffee place that supports military/veterans/first responders.Came in for the first time on Saturday Sept 11 and was given the 10% (with valid ID of course) so I was excited to try something else from here. Came back on Sept 15 before work and was told they don't give the discount anymore. All the batista said was "it changes so fast."If you don't care for the military/first responders, you won't care about this review. This is just my personal opinion/experience.
