Quality assortment of meats, traditional Korean flavors with knowledgeable and charismatic staff!
Staff was ok, and we were quickly seated and given extra time to eat (this was at night near closing), but overall the experience was disappointing. After visiting half a dozen or so KBBQ places around SoCal, this is the first one I've seen that uses styrofoam plates for the side dishes and rice, which was shocking since its not AYCE and more expensive. Additionally the grills were very slow to cook and waiting for tongs and rice was a little long in a near-empty restaurant. If you've never been to KBBQ then this place is ok, but it doesn't really compare to any of the ones an hour away.
Excellent service. Waited no more than 5 minutes to be seated. The food was delicious. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Glad we found a Korean BBQ close to home.
Not only do they have quality meats but customer service is also on the top????! The owner is so friendly and very nice. My family loves going to this place. Place is a little small and line could get really long on weekends and dinner time, hope they will be able to expand as they do lose customers who aren’t willing to wait.
Quit reading. Just go and enjoy! Great food and service!
This place was busy but I understand why now. Everything we ate was so freaking good. My friends and I were so impressed with the quality and taste of the food. Even the soup was killer. The only critique I have is that we waited an hour to be seated because they were so busy. They really need to expand and get more tables and staff. Other than that I really enjoyed my experience. The staff was nice and the food was amazing.
Staff is very friendly, but they were obviously understaffed. Needed to request rice, water, and additional sides multiple times before it was served. Some meats are large pieces but no knives or scissors to cut meat. The biggest gripe I had was the meats, rice, and sides were served on styrofoam plates and bowls. I strongly prefer actual plates especially for the steamed rice.I noticed the grills do not cook evenly and the flame comes up to the meat so the meats get charred before being fully cooked. You will need to watch the meat closely to avoid getting it burnt. No all you can eat option, but the combo options are good enough portions for the advertised amount of people.Pricing is reasonable, expect to spend about $15-30 per person. No complaints on food quality. Wish we were given more sides, some sides only had 5 or 6 pieces.Overall, everything tasted good, just need to work on customer service, and gets some real plates!
Waited an 1 hour before being told we weren't going to be seated. Arrived at 7:10 and was told a 30-45 min wait. A group of 5 was 45 minutes late for their reservation and the restaurant put their group ahead of ours. Most restaurants have a grace period of 10-15 minutes if the party is not there. So if your going to come to this restaurant, call for a reservation at 3:00, than show up at 4:00 and you'll still have it.
We really enjoyed it, but I wish they bring our more sides from the start, and it would've been great if the soup was a little bigger portion. They don't offer All you can eat, but the food is definitely filling!I highly recommend this place.Wait times are really bad so heads-up!
The food was very good the service was amazing they would check up on us consistently and they were very friendly. I am definitely going here again.
