I pass this place every day on my way to work and most days can suppress the urge... today was not most days. Consistently some of the best donuts I have found, a bit more expensive than the average dozen but so much better! Quality not quantity.

The donuts are good but service is lacking. Just sitting here watching my coworkers enjoy their donuts we got delivered because instead of seeing if customer would like a substitute for a donut that is out you just refund.
Donuts are pricey, but huge and delicious. The day I went, the girls working weren't exactly rude, but didn't really have a welcoming vibe either. Maybe they had an off day and they're usually cheery? It was only my second time there (first time was a few years ago), so I can't really judge how their customer service usually is.
I've had this place marked on my Google maps for several months as a place I want to go but since I'm not a morning person it did take quite a bit to finally get up and go. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Not only were the doughnuts HUGE and delicious, but the customer service was above and beyond. I told the man behind the desk it was our first time there and he gave us a warm welcome and explained all the unique doughnuts. Very patient as well. My son who has autism was fixated on finding a "superhero" doughnut. I kept trying to tell my son they only have what is out there. Without me noticing your worker made him a batman doughnut and my son was delighted. Thank you so much for helping him find the perfect doughnut and helping stop a potential meltdown from my son not finding the right one. I hope the owner reads this and finds out who it was (sorry I didn't get a name) but that was absolutely amazing! He deserves some recognition. I've never had a favorite doughnut shop till now. You probably made me a little bit more of a morning person lol. You will be seeing us again.

It's was good the hype and atmosphere isn't the same as the San Diego location. The employees were nice a friendly.
This place is AMAZING! I love their lemon pistachio donut so much. But all of their donuts are really good. Very high quality, and you definitely get your money's worth. In my opinion, the prices are reasonable for the donut quality you're getting.
