First of all I was over charged! I bought a potato w/meat & mashed potatoes w/meat including 2 small drinks and was charged $36!!!! Secondly my daughter’s mashed potatoes w/meat was a joke! It had a smear of mash potatoes on the floor of the container and a small layer of meat! Total waist of money! We eat here on a regular basis and this was an insult to a consumer! Shame on you for taking advantage of a long time customer!
In short, I will not be ordering from the Dickey's Temecula in the future. I placed a large 20 person order and called the night before to confirm. When we noticed that the food was not here, we called and the store said that they had dropped our order off at a different medical suite then requested. Sooooo, I went to that suite and the food wasn't there either. So, we called back only to learn the truth was that they did not make our order whatsoever. The medical staff had been looking forward to this lunch after working a hard morning shift but now they will have to handle a large patient load on empty stomaches. Thanks Dickey's, nurses also serve our country.

Rip off ..... portions wont even feed a child ! We ordered enough for 6 and got 2 small bbq sauces. Meat has almost more fat than good meat ! Will never eat there again. Go to Phils bbq....

Went to the Winchester Road location in Temecula last night after knowing they were giving free pork sandwiches to its loyalty members because of the the US olympics team winning medals promotions. Not sure where the two working behind the counter got their customer service skills but they were very unfriendly and not helpful. One even calling me “boss” which I find discriminating and offensive. Place wasn’t busy and so we were so looking forward to having our dinner from here since it was going on 8 pm. Unfortunately we left disappointed that we couldn’t get our Dickey’s app to work to get the sandwich coupon ultimately, never ordered anything…We couldn’t believe that the help never came out from behind the counter to assist or check on us and so we just left. We felt embarrassed and uncomfortable with the crew that was working. They were so not helpful or welcoming…However, we went to the new BBQ place down the street on Winchester and had a way better experience with their customer service and attentiveness.

Sandwich was pathetic. There was more bread than meat. Was supposed to be 2 meats on the sandwich but I only saw one and was missing an entire side item, the Asiago spinach dip. Will never order from here again. For 20 bucks???!!!. HARD pass
We loved this place but it's gone way downhill. After driving all the way over to pick up lunch we returned home to find that not only was our order wrong, and partially cold, they didn't include ANY barbecue sauce! How can you be a barbecue restaurant and not give the customers any sauce? Especially when they ask what kind you want when you order and charge .50 for extra. We tried to call but no one answers, it just went to a recording. Needless to say we will most likely not return because of this and that's too bad because they were good once.
Good staff , clean tables, good pulled pork sandwiches, nice price
