I ordered my dell tacos without lettuce. The person working drive through verbally confirmed no lettuce. Tacos still had lettuce. No receipt given or offered, but good customer service. Will try again.
Aside from them getting my order wrong I’m pretty sure the employee on the mic had the iq of a pineapple plus the food they did give me looked like it was going through a midlife crisis in the picture where meat was shown I was so kindly gifted a slab of tortilla with beans and a mystery paste I don’t know if I should be impressed or scared but all of the contents stuck to the tortilla when turned upside down…even the lettuce anyways the shake wasn’t half bad so two stars ?

Always good fast food. Jack and Del Taco are my go to placed. This location is normally pretty fast and not crazy busy.
Game's were fun and really liked the atmosphere
Del Taco was always one of my favorites growing up in SoCal, and I have always stopped in at least 2 or 3 times whenever I come back to visit California. I stopped in this past Friday in Temecula and all the stuff on the menu that I loved was either gone or out of stock. They were out of queso sauce, so any item that included that ingredient was queso-less. No fresh avocado (they did have guac), no fish tacos, no meatless options, and what was available made ordering tough because I was left with several choices on their menu that didn't interest me, and this was at 1:30 PM on a Friday. It looks like Jack in the Box's leadership is looking to run Del Taco into the ground after their purchase of what was once my favorite SoCal fast food chain. I want to give Del Taco a second chance, but unfortunately for both Del Taco and myself, I won't. There are too many good alternatives out there for me to waste money on food that doesn't include all the ingredients Del Taco is advertising to sell me.
I used to really like this location but unfortunately the portions have gotten very skimpy. The burritos feel like the size of a taquito. And we always get asked to pull around front and wait. We had 3 burritos and fries and had to wait out front. I do like Del Taco, just don't know what's going on with this location now.
Came on Xmas eve, knocked, rang the bell, and went around twice while workers were in the building. Pulled up to the window and one guy was cleaning while he had headphones on and peered out the side of his eye but no acknowledgement. If you're feeling bold enough to ignore people straight to their face you should have the courage to say you're closed?
I like Del Taco so of course I think 5 stars is appropriate. They have a few things on the menu I can eat? Thanks for keeping the steak tacos simple (the name changes) and your French fries. The employee at the window was great! Best one I have had at a drive thru in a long time!!!!!!
