We had a great experience, it was our first visit & the server was very patient. The food was delicious. The restaurant was very clean.
Horrible deal taco the one off Winchester and Temecula pkwy is by far better, cleaner, and more staff friendly.This is the 3rd time coming here and the way they cook the food is sub par. My burger came out burnt and the bun came out as hard as a rock…..
The worst del taco I've ever gone to. It also happens to be closest, so I end up comming back, and every time I do come back to this location it's the same problems for years now. Not only is the quality the worst, not assembled correctly so it tastes bad, but if you ask for a specific amount of sauce, they will say yes and never give you more than 1 per item. No one likes getting blatant lied to, but if you're like me and you require a little more sauce, even just a half packet more per item, don't come here. Chances are the quality at this locations so low you require extra sauce too. Customer service is as bad as the food.
Just went through drive thru, told guy combo burrito please. Got to window paid almost $6 and asked for mild sause 2 packets please, pulled over to eat and had 3 medium scorched and the wrong burrito! The Epic burrito is now the combo with lettuce tomatoes etc...beans meat cheese. So I went inside they explained my error and made me the epic combo burrito. Got to my car, ate it and it was so bland. No salt no flavor at all, maybe it's me but boring taste and not wasting $6 again here.
The beef tostada combo I bought and the beans taste like dog food and no salt, sauce. It looked like someone threw up .
Thought I grab something quick for lunch...Went through the drive through and it took forever. Once i ordered my food I got to the window to pay and I can see them packing my bag. I ordered 2 chicken tacos and a larger fries. I saw them put my tacos in the bag and then my large fries. They didn't seem busy but I know alot of places are short staffed which I totally understand. What got me was is when they finally handed me the bag the guy apologized for the wait because they were waiting on my fries.....
The drive through was open at 7:30 AM. I am a truck driver who had to walk up to the drive through window because my truck would not clear the bottom of the roof. When asked if I had a car, I pointed to my truck. I was told that I could not be served until 9 when the dining room opens. If you’re a truck driver who starts your shift long before the sun comes up, go elsewhere.
I ordered by drive thrue 8 chicken soft tacos and French fries , they told me to wait outside for the order and then when the order come I felt a cold bag but I did not realize until my house with my family , were very cold and poor tacos , just like a little chicken and lettuce very thin tacos , worse tacos in my life . I tried to call them but nobody answer ?
Went through drive thru. Their dining room is closed. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced.
We eat lunch here often. Always delish! Employees are great.
