Birria tacos are horrible, huge chunks of dry meat. Barely any cilantro and onions. The rolled tacos with old and brownish avocado sauce, and they are not embarrased to serve it!!!We gave it a Third chance and the avocado sauce is always brown. Tacos do not look appetizing at all. They look tacos with brown blob. For sure they lost 5 customers.
Food is good and portion size is good. love that it's close to our house was a nice easy drive-thru.
Come get a cold burrito! Outrageous. Manager repeatedly claimed we make everything fresh. Then why is it cold when I get home. COLD not lukewarm COLD. Bring it back with the receipt and we’ll make a new one, no thanks I’d rather not eat anything from you guys ever again. How rude of you to lie. Burrito was obviously a mistake from some previous order and they where to incompetent to even microwave it enough. Shameful.
Bland!! No flavor anywhere and the fries for our "carne asada" fries were so overcooked, they were crunchy and not even warm. So many better options for real Mexican food

If you're looking for a burrito the size of your head, this is the place for you! The portions are extremely generous and the flavor and freshness is truly worth every penny. The service is top notch. For all of these reasons, it makes sense why it's more expensive than a common fast food chain, but a $10 breakfast burrito fed me for the whole day ? Glad they opened up shop here. There’s good Mexican fast food places nearby but none have that authentic flavor like Cotijas. Been there three times and ordered different things each time and it’s always excellent. Highly recommend!
