Ice cream is always mixed great, but whenever I order delivery from this place the cones 9 times out of 10 are missing. I have a feeling they just get too lazy to make them, it's ridiculous.
A variety of the Signatures Ice-creams here are the best in the town.

This is the worst cold stone that I have ever been too, I walked in and no one was at counter and the employees started coming from the back 3 of them and seemed very bothered that a customer had arrived it was 6pm, I asked for a strawberry cheese cake like it size and recived a cheese cake only, I have been to many cold stone creamery s and never seen anything like this and it's the second time there and still the same service
Love Coldstone! I came in a couple days ago, and that little red haired girl was the sweetest! I ordered a chocolate devotion and she made it perfectly!!

Girl gave me cups of ice cream that were literally HALF full. she made one that wasn’t even close to enough and just put some ice cream on the side, couldn’t even mix it in. payed for all the mix ins just to get regular ice cream. this girl needs to learn how to do her job right (not to be a karen) but $30 for that was pathetic!!!!!
The girls name working the counter was sydney and super patient with me and my 5 kids she got all of the orders right and was extremely friendly and fast. Amazing service 10/10
