Very disappointed with this location. I’ve gone 3 times in a one week period trying to get a Cobb salad and they’ve gotten it wrong every single time. I even ordered on the app today to leave less room for error. They also didn’t lettuce wrap my sandwich. Did they get rid of their old staff from before the remodel? Very frustrating to wait in the long lines for half of the food to be wrong.

I live in Montana visiting Orange county...the line was extremely long I had a problem with my order day before the manager refused to help me , rude and shuffled me along I was blown away .You sit in a car outside because of covid and you have to crawl up to order damn near awful experience. Thank God I live in Montana and eat at Kentucky fried chicken.
The chicken sandwich had No sauce or mayonnaise. The chicken filet was good but the bun was not and it only had 1 small piece of lettuce on it. The employees were very helpful and one or two went out of their way for me. Next time I will try their chicken tenders & Not their chicken sandwich.
Good luck if you get Morgan as your cashier in the drive through , she WILL mess up your order. And lacks major enthusiasm. Dear owners and managers, hope you retrain her cause she just cost you a free meal, and god knows how many others.
I work for Uber eats and I have picked up food from here allot to deliver. The staff is always really nice. My only complaint is that I can't get near it to park to pick up my deliveries!!. Their drive through is insane. I don't like how they have it set up. It drives me crazy Everytime. It's like driving through a maze just to get there to park. I can't pick up my deliveries through the drive through so I have no choice but to park. Love the food just horrible to pick up from.

Love Chick-fil-A. They have good food at so so prices. The drive thru lines are super long but go very quick. They have a system down to get you through quickly. Employees are always very helpful and friendly. Like that I can order ahead on the app and then pick it up. If you use the app you get points which gives you discounts or free food on future visits.
