We really enjoyed our Monday wine tasting experience. We were with a member and Leroy treated us all like gold. He accommodated us on one of the picnic benches, where we enjoyed plates of charcuterie and sampled many of the wines. I walked out with 5 bottles of various reds. The best for last was the Syrah Grand Reserve. I’ll be coming back.
Lovely outdoor patio and grounds. Tastings could be split. Wines were just fine in my opinion.
Love Chapin...best wines in Temecula. We try everywhere and always stop at Chapin on the way home.
1st timer to Chapin! The staff was so sweet and the Viognier was quite nice! -The aesthetics and vibe is as if a plantation house in Hawaii was dropped into Temecula. The vegetation surrounding the main house and tasting room is tropical and comfortable & the sunset view was gorgeous. They offer a generous patio overlooking the vineyards and have patio heaters to keep you warm on cool nights.
Did the syrah flight. The reserve was really good, others just ok. Nice smallish tasting room compared to lot of the Temecula wineries. Recommend.
