I've been wanting to try this place forever... I finally did yesterday and I was very disappointed.I ordered a Burger protein style with avocado and bacon when I remove the top layer of the lettuce the avocado was all Brown. When I showed it to the manager instead of asking if I'd like a new Burger she said would I just like a new side of avocado.I wasn't very impressed with the Burger either won't ever go back.
I guess maybe I’m not the target audience, because I really don’t care about organic foods or grass fed beef. I was just looking for a tasty burger.The problem was the burger bun didn’t taste good, because it was some sort of whole wheat bun? Hopefully they didn’t give me the gluten free one by mistake. But to me, a bad bun can really ruin the whole burger experience, and it did in this case.Also the fries didn’t taste good - as if they didn’t have enough salt, seasoning, and oil.The shake was decent but still not as good as Five Guys or Shake Shack.Also was around $25 for a burger, fries and a shake.If you’re in the mood for a burger, then Five Guys, the Habit or Shake Shack would be a better bet.
Enjoyed the yummy burger and onion rings. My hubby ate the gluten free bun on his burger and he said it was quite tasty. We will be back!
I go to Burger Longe because they truly have organic food. They serve grass-fed burgers!They are clean and are centrally located. It’s a good place for families and it’s a good place for good food! I’ve been to many of there locations.
DO NOT EAT HERE . THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT FOOD SAFETY! I was in the restaurant at around 7:15 on Wednesday March 30th. I overheard a blonde girl working the kitchen say that she dropped someone’s burger on the ground. She then shared with her coworkers that she didn’t make another one and then proceeded to giggle with her coworkers. I was door-dashing and on a time limit so I did not have time to speak up however this behavior was incredibly disgusting to witness. I am absolutely appalled that this establishment allows its workers to be so careless and hazardous with peoples food. I did not get the girls name but I do hope that the date and time will help narrow down who this disgusting worker and her complacent coworkers are.

Burger Lounge has quick service in a casual atmosphere with excellent food. I adore their Paleo Burger. Trust me, you will not miss the bun in this meal. It is delicious! My son really enjoyed the Lounge Burger. We couldn't even finish our shared order of large fries. I also got the Lavender Mint Lemonade. It tastes like a fine soap without being at all soapy, if that makes any sense. My son got the craft-made Shirley Temple; the flavor was strong but delicious.Try Burger Lounge. You'll love it (even if your wallet is significantly lighter when you leave).
Try the no dairy coffee milkshake made with cashew milk; it is absolutely delicious and, in my opinion, tastes better than the original. Add malt if you want to take it up a notch. You're welcome. ?
Great customer service. Food is ok. But prices?? Almost $20 for a combo??? I'll pass next time.
I work for Uber eats and I pick up allot of deliveries from them. The staff there is always really nice and my orders are ready and I never have had to wait. Thank you Burger lounge!!
