The wings are always good...but the fries have been poor. Past few times I've ordered i been getting them stale.
Great Service and friendly staff.. wings were fresh and hot. Food on time for pick up. Only thing I ask, please put napkins in the bag. Napkins are always needed with food purchases.
The manager PABLO was soo rude when I told him I ordered a corona and the sever brought me a modelo! He told me I obviously don’t know how to order a beer!!! Are you kidding me!! I was very polite and said I know what I ordered obviously my server made a simple mistake can I please just get my corona and he was so mad and made it a bigger deal than it was!! Wow never again
Clinton is an absolute stud individuals like this who go above and beyond for their customers or what will make me a customer for life and a brand advocate. Clinton answered the phone very promptly adjusted my order per request with no hesitation I asked if they offer curbside he said just give a call when you arrive and I’ll bring it out to you I told him it’s totally fine I’ll go in and get it since it’s not a normal process I didn’t want to do something that they restaurant is not set up for but Clinton insisted on he could bring it out for me and that is very much appreciated during a late night pick up order for my kids and I
Gross food... Lazy Service.... Not a great experience.. My wings were so overcooked that I could barely get my teeth through them... when I brought this to the attention of the server, they didn't offer to rectify it.. I think I will just eat at home from now on.. BWW clearly doesn't care about its customers any more...
1 cook on a Saturday at noon. How do you think it went? Can't knock the waitress, cause she did her best. But the 2 hour wait just to get food for a table of 6 is absolutely ridiculous. People have other things to do on a weekend, than sit in a restaurant for hours. Far from the first poor experience I've had at this location specifically. Finally draws the line for me to stop coming here. Overall the food isn't worth the wait.
I have never had their chicken wings before and never will again. My opinion is they are awful. They were dry unflavorful. We added different sauces but that did not help in my opinion.
Our third time at this location. Ate in once and take out twice. Both time we ordered take out we got the wrong sauce on our order and neither time was the order ready at time requested on app. Example ordered to pickup at 5:50. Finally got order at 6:25. Ordered 40 wings 10 each with different sauce. Got 40 garlic parm. Carrots and celery were not in bag. Done with this place. It's terrible ? ? ?.

This place was good when they opened then slowly went down hill… it’s kind of a complete shi+ show now. Management used to be nice friendly and remember my name when I came in now I had a problem with my order and Pablo wanted to push the blame on me instead of offering helpful solutions to keep a satisfied customer. Food quality has gone down, attention to detail lacking (missing sauces like ranch and blue cheese is a norm) employees walk right past you without asking what you need when you’re trying to flag someone down for 10 min… the app sucks too but I guess that’s a corporate issue and not actually this particular restaurant so….
