Breakfast for Father’s Day. The food was great. We had two different omelets (Serrano jam and the chorizo), crepes with Nutella, and the avocado toast. Service was also amazing.

I'd like to temper the reviews here a bit. The restaurant vibe is nice and feels moderately upscale but the prices do not match the service or food quality I expected. TLDR is not really Spanish cuisine, overpriced, can't recommend. The lamb was very good and if you do come, highly recommended. The 100% iberico did not taste like 100% iberico and was not adequately cured; the texture and taste was of regular prosciutto and was served crushed in a ball making it hard to share. The brussel sprouts were good but only if you like them caramelized and flakey like chips which is subjective. The sea bass was good and cooked well but served with canned artichokes which had not been fully drained and made the overall dish taste like dill pickles. The skirt steak was OK. If you want authentic Spanish cuisine, look elsewhere. I cannot recommend this place for the price.

I was there with my good friend Sunday and from the moment we got there at the entrance there was a nice gentlement that guides to where we need it to go super nice and friendly. The Restaurant was busy so we went to the patio and got seated fro wine tastingWe had the best experience with our waiter his name is " DEREK" as soon as he saw us seating he came with water, asking us what type of wine we liked he was so helpful specially because it was my first time. a SHOUTOUT TO "DEREK" you are one awesome waiter, he kept bring us wine and we bough 4 bottle of wine , he helped us taste and select the wine.DEREK CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR MAKING US FEEL SO WELCOME AND FOR GIVING US SO MUCH INFORMATION ABOUT THE WINE AND THE PLACE AND BECOMING A MEMBER!!!- The place is beautiful- lots of parking- Lovely views-The bathroom are so clean and classy-All the people serving wine are amazing!!!- MY WAITER /WINE HELPER " DEREK " WAS THE BEST!!!!!!!!- The moscato wines are delicious- all their wines are tasty and will give you a good buzz after 2 glasses- Derek our waiter he kept helping everyone and checking up on us- we got a nice little- The cheese platter is goodABOUT THE RESTAURANT"the food is okay, I think is super expensive for the quality of food, also the desert was so small with 2 spoons you are done eating it, I wouldnt recomment desert. Also the hostess at the restaurant wasnt very helpful, we put our name on the list and after 1 hour she called me and showed up like in 2 minutes and my 2 seats were taken I dont get it. I was mad, but our waiter Derek suggested we seat on the patio so we did, and also the manager came out and she was very nice and kind and helped us. Our serving guy was a young guy- the Appetizers took forever, place an order for bread took like 35 minutes, I had to asked the guy several times .-the service at the restaurant was not good-the guy went on break and the lady helping wasnt really friendlyI was not happy with the restaurannt service or the food.I wont go back to the restaurant , trust me you can go to a better place and pay 1/2 of the price for the food. everything is over prized at the restaurant.I MUST SAY " THE PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL FOR PICTURES, THE WINE TASTING AREA ISNICE ,THE WINES ARE GOOD, AND EVERYONE IN GENERAL IS NICE.IT GETS REALLY BUSY ON WEEKEND.!!!! make reservations or you will have to wait foreverThe experience in general is good . WE ALSO ARE POSTINGN A PICTURE OF OUR AWESOME WAITER . THANKS FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE.

We come here frequently because of the friendly servers and the consistency of the service. This isn't your run of the mill restaurant. You're paying for a high quality meal in a beautiful authentic Spain setting. The head Chef, Chef Hani, is really down to earth and takes great pride in his food. You'll frequently see him greeting guests because he truly seems to care about the satisfaction of his guests.

We were not expecting dinner to be Tapas style, but it was really nice to be able to try a number of different dishes since they are all shareable. The Fried Cauliflower was probably the highlight - it was way tastier than any of us expected. With that said, we were not disappointed by any of the dishes. Everything was excellent, wait staff was friendly, and we had a great time!

Came for lunch with my friend. Food was great, service was excellent. Except…. The woman (I can’t get myself to call her ‘hostess’) by the desk as you walk into the restaurant, couldn’t crack a smile if you paid her a million bucks. I walked by several times. She never looked up and always had a grumpy look. Not good if she is the first person you see and she is supposed to welcome you.Other than that, great experience, great atmosphere, excellent service!

We did a wine tasting at Bolero with Rachael. She was excellent. We visited 11 wineries during our stay and she was by far the best. Her knowledge, her concern for making sure we tried what our taste buds like was exceptional. We love reds, deep, full bodied. This was the only place we bought wine. Definitely will come back here. Ask for Rachael, you won't be disappointed!

We had an outstanding time for the week that we were at Europa. During our registration Kelsey was extremely accommodating and gave us quite a bit of information on where to visit in the area. The two wineries at the location were excellent, as was the restaurant. We had dinner every night at Bolero and it was fantastic. I would definitely like to mention Aaron, a staff member who spent so much time with us giving us lots of history about the area and San Diego. He also told us great restaurants to eat at for lunch at Old Town, Every day he was extremely kind and went out of his way to make sure we were having the best time ever. The hotel is very lucky to have such an outstanding employee has Aaron.

The front desk guy Aaron Blant was excellent he was approachable and had awesome customer service skills. I had issues with my room but, he did help me so I was happy with his service. The hotel doesn’t allow you to check out late unless you pay a fee and not a little fee either. The food was way to salty for me especially with me having high blood pressure.

We came into Bolero for dinner one evening and could not be happier we did. We had an incredible experience, from the wine, to the food, to meeting the chef. For me personally, the head chef coming to speak with us about my food allergies really sealed the deal. As someone with rare allergies, it can sometimes be tough to find accomodations. This chef listened, cared, and made sure I did not feel like a burden to the kitchen. We had so many fabulous dishes like the ceasars salad, ceviche, and an amazing porterhouse steak. We look forward to going back again, and sending our friends to visit in the meantime!
