We enjoy this location and try and come at least once per month
We often go to Black Angus when we feel like eating a steak after work and don't want to cook. The service is usually good, but this time it was really subpar. Our order was wrong when we received it. We ordered the special for two that included an appetizer, 2 entrees, 2 sides, and a dessert. The server ordered the wrong side and never put the order in for the appetizer or the dessert. That ruined our whole evening since we had just worked a long day at work and was really looking forward unwinding and enjoying our meals. The manager tried to make things right but you can't take back the awful experience.
Had a great evening with great food and we were seated quickly with our reservation. The ambiance could be a tad darker and just a few more varying deserts added to the menus. The customer service was awesome and food was probated quickly. Thank you kindly for the customer service experience, stay safe, blessed, and be well!

I expected better quality Filet Mignon Steak at a up-scale Steak House. Service was exceptional.
Server she was awesome. The food was ok not bad but was not great. The price was fair. The Resturant could use a good cleaning and attention to the bathrooms would be nice too. But overall we would go back again.
Great event, National Cowboy Day! My hubby tried the special Ribeye with bourbon butter, crispy onion strings, red potato mashers and grilled asparagus and it was YUMMY! I had the garlic butter grilled shrimp with 5 grain rice pilaf, also very yummy! Food was good (love the molasses bread, it was very fresh and warm!), service was spectacular (Miss Carmel always takes good care of us!) and drinks were perfect. We'll be back again soon!
