I. Am. Crushed.First, they get rid of French Vanilla.Now, all sundaes are made with the little bitty children scoops for a higher price.2 stars because it still tastes great.I'm 64, been going to "31 Flavors" for most of it.I won't be back.
I visited the store off of Yenez in Temecula California. I was probably the last customer to visit for the day. The girls behind the counter were not happy to see my husband and I walk in. Understandable I have worked in food service for 10 plus years and it is hard. The young lady DID NOT wash your hands after handling a trash can, dust pan and broom and continually touched her hair and face prior to grabbing my brownie and ice cream with no gloves is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. Knowing the health department standards it is hard to ignore, and this is absolutly disgusting and it was a wasted date night. I should have spoken up before paying but I was in complete shock that this was happening. Please Retrain your employees

I watched the Manager Cynthia speak to this poor employee like she was trash in front of me. She’s extremely rude and disrespectful I will no longer come here she needs to learn some manners and treat her employees with respect.
Great service with a friendly staff. The ice cream reminds me of my childhood when my parents used to bring me there when I was younger.
