First time there and we will be back!. The ambiance was so nice and the food and cocktails were very good
Concierge was slightly rude. Food was more expensive than needed to be. $25 outside âcakeâ fee is ridiculous. Website depicts water features near restaurant but restaurant is actually in middle of parking lot. Very hot outdoor dining, misters and fans do little to cool the dining environment. Waitstaff, however, were excellent. 5 stars for the waitstaff.
Amazing food and service. First trip to Avensole Restaurant to celebrate our birthday. The Seafood Sampler Appetizer was excellent, followed by the Beef Wellington accompanied by an amazing bottle of South Slope. We have found a new gem for when we want to get out for a great evening.
Server was terrific and prompt. Food, wine and beer offerings were excellent. A burger arrived without one ingredient but server quickly responded. Nice outing, great surroundings and we took some wine home.
Nice place to hang out with your friends. But some of the food are not available the time when we were there!
Great food! Special thanks to Megan for making our family outing special. Her professionalism and excellent customer service is appreciated - and her patience and courtesy with taking soooooo many family photos - will be treasured, forever. Thank you Avensole and Megan for a great day! We'll be back!
Wonderful. Great food, great drinks, and even a complimentary dessert for our anniversary.
Booked early dinner on a Saturday 4:30pm, got seated right away. Friendly waitress, water and foods got served quickly. They were out of lots of items on the menu, presumed kitchen is not fully functioning until regular dinner time. Overall great atmosphere and a place to chill on a Saturday afternoon.
We looked on line and they said you are a great choice for lunch. It was my Birthday. Service was slow and the server took forever to come to out table to greet us. She did not seem to know the wines and kept saying to me that they did not offer any full bodied red wines. I ordered one of the Cabs for $18 and it was delicious. Never checked on us after the food came out and forgot my birthday dessert. She told my daughter that they do not sing Happy Birthday and gave my dessert to go. Definately not the same....I will not return.
