Service is OK, the guy did not seam to want to be there at 1 AM. Donuts were good and they had coffee!!!

As I walk into winchells to enjoy a nicedelicious donut and coffee for lunch I get hitby a large heat wave. I feel as if I'm in themiddle of Death Valley. I then proceeded toget into line. There was no form of structure!Everyone was everywhere and all I wantedwas my coffee and a donut. It was finally myturn to order the lady was super nice but thequality in food and drinks, TERRIBLE! I got aniced vanilla coffee and it was tasteless..tasteless I tell you. I tried mixing it up a little tosee if it'll be better but nothing seemed toworked. I started to thing maybe I had COVIDand I just couldn't taste. How dare they makeme think I have COVID. I then ordered thechocolate twist donut which wasn't that badbut since it was soooo hot in the shop mychocolate melted making my fingers lookdisgusting. So now I didn't even finish mydonut or drink my coffee I ended up starvingmyself. I am disappointed with the servicetoday. Hopefully next time it'll be better.
after another long day at work I head over to winchells to grab a quick bite . I was craving an ice coffee and cream cheese bagel. As I open the front door a wave of heat hits me in the face , right away I knew I’d be dropping a sweat being there. I place my order and head over the the tables to take a seat . I hear them calling my order and I proceed to grab it . with an empty stomach I take a bite of my bagel and right away I knew something was off. The cream cheese didn’t taste like cream cheese I was confused . I took a sip of my caramel coffee and was upset as well because there was absolutely no flavor what so ever. i had to leave with an empty stomach which was SUPER disappointing ! Winchells do better ! Friendly staff, but do better ! If you want tasteless coffee this is the place !

An iconic donut shop in the SFV. The donuts are outstanding and service is friendly. No matter when you go to this 24 hour place, they have a great selection of fresh donuts ready to enjoy. Parking is good and it's easy to get in and out quickly. We highly reccomend this place.
