Unique pastry is an absolute rip off. Their food is overpriced and the owner doesn't correct any issues that are brought to her attention. She totally disregards and ignores all issues. How is this place still open? I found a roach inside while waiting for an order and the food wasn't even fresh.
They charge arms and legs but too cheap to actually fill decent amounts of custard in the dounots...Also they sell you not fresh bakery goods. And if you ask them they lie to your face..
Where to begin. Let's just say, selling yesterdays pastries today. And don't you dare ask how much! Asking how much and getting a straight answer is nearly impossible. Employees act as if you are bothering them by asking how much. Spoke to the owner about it and got "I'm aware of the issue". She didn't seem to care. It's happened to me as well as others in the store every time I've gone in. A word of advice. Put up some sort of signage, change attitudes and or higher new employees. Never had anything fresh from here and they couldn't even make a proper frappuccino. Not going back. Ever.

Lots of doughnut options that were all tasty. I wasn't impressed with the service, but overall, if you know what you want, it's a smooth transaction.

The customer service is constantly prompt, fantastic mood, helpful staff. I will return again when I am in town.
